Unfortunately, the time has come for me to resign from this department since I just got promoted to Deputy Chief. I joined SWAT department on 12/30/2021 just days before I got PD Lieutenant. SWAT was my first and only tac department I joined and it has always felt like a group of people I can love and trust. I’ve been through my fair share of ups and downs in the department as many do but serving as a member of SWAT for 2 years and 3 months has been the most incredible experience. Serving as a Department Head is truly an incredible experience especially when you help to build such an incredible department with such an incredible group of individuals. SWAT will always have such a special place in my heart. Here’s my Thank You shoutouts: @Chip&Dail : You were my first commander and I was even your commander for a short while. I can’t thank you enough for all you’ve taught me and for even welcoming me into SWAT in the first place. I’ve always remembered when I attended my SWAT tryouts and I was this scared-to-speak and shy person, you were the one who brought me out of my shell and I can’t thank you enough for that. I always greatly looked up to you because of your leadership and you knew how to run a department so well. We’ve shared many amazing memories ranging from finding my peacemaker name to watching How to Train Your Dragon movies and all of the SWAT memories. Thanks for coming out of reserves to help assist me. I have no doubt you’ll be able to run SWAT after I leave and make it incredible. @Trumpo: My Taylor Swift bestie. Thanks for being the one to message me randomly like “R u PD HCom yet” and get disappointed when I say “no”. Thanks for always believing in me man and I finally did it. I loved serving in SWAT Command with you. And you finally got your Taylor Swift Birthday! @Azrael_ : You were the one who brought me into the EHC position and gave me the opportunity to be Commander. Even though I served as your CoCommander for a very short time, the time I served with you was incredible. I’ve looked up to you a lot since I joined SWAT, your leadership, kindness, and resilience have been so incredible. We’ve had so many incredible memorable memories together whether it was Peacemakers, SWAT, crim, or other shenanigans. Thank You for always believing in me and Thank You for everything o7 @Ion Davis: I know I was one of the people who helped bring you back after you had to resign. We’ve shared so many good memories together. You’ve been doing such an incredible job since you came back from reserves and I have no doubt you’ll continue to do amazing. @Nicc: I know you had to resign from SWAT shortly after becoming a command member but I know you had to focus on your own department. Congrats on Assistant Chief man can’t wait to serve with you! To the rest of the SWAT department whether you served with me or under me: I have taught you guys to be incredible individuals, to persevere through anything and to be incredible role models. I’ve had a shit ton of awesome and incredible memories with so many of you I will never forget. Never stop being an incredibly amazing group of people I never thought this day would come that I would have to leave this amazing department. The server and PD need a person who is both prepared to work and acquainted with how to make new players feel welcome. Over the years, I gained skills that assisted me in making players feel welcome and reinforced my skills as High Command to lead and gain trust. As a Colonel, I spent a lot of my time hosting PD meetings and PD trainings. I never do it just to "tick the box." I value every meeting or training I host. I love that I can share valuable information during those activities and get questions or feedback from my fellow officers. With my knowledge of SWAT and general tactical training, I can give PD knowledge and training that others cannot. These trainings will always assist PD, not just in their personal day-to-day job, but will also help them show Tac teams and others on the server their professionalism and strengths. It is in my greatest interest to improve PD training, making them the best and the most interactive trainings they can be. Personally, I am always excited to see someone grow, not just in their ranks but in their maturity and the friends they make along the way on the server. I've been in this community for a very long time, and with my knowledge of how the community works and my good knowledge of PD and tactical teams, I can bring diversity and ideas to PD like nothing you’ve ever seen before. I am always involved in the community and consider myself a very open-minded person, being as friendly as possible and putting a good name on myself and the departments too. I am a non-conflicting person, and I never was. I stay away from rumors or debates, as I do not like trouble for me, or for anyone else. Along my journey, I have made a lot of friends who, to this day, assist me and support me in my decisions. I am very good at judging people and situations, which assists me in my critical thinking skills and does not allow me to make impulsive decisions. I consider myself worthy and ready for such a position as PD High Command, and through rain and storm, through slow internet or crashes, I will always be there to assist PD, assist the server, and prove that there is no better choice for PD High Command than me. FBI was the very first department I joined when I first joined this server 2 years ago (other than PD). I had some really great times with so many different FBI Directors. Since then I've grown a lot higher in 2 other departments I'm in and I haven't had the time to play much of FBI anymore unfortunately. + Support The money silos are becoming the big thing that's happening on the server and if this continues the rules surrounding it need to be changed/updated. I'm noticing the rules are getting loopholed and 1 family has multiple bases up and different people of the same family are spawning money silos together or a few minutes apart. The cooldown rule isn't being followed and I think it should be increased by a little bit to give government that cooldown time. Government is becoming incresingly frustrated when this is the only thing that happens for hours and its almost non stop.

You are truly an inspiration to so many people. Your determination and perseverance through thick and thin was something I look up to for. You were such an amazing SWAT command member. You have improved so much from when you first joined the department and I got to see you grow and improve so much and get higher and higher into the ranks. You will in no doubt do amazing things. I am a Senior Moderator on the PoliceRP Server How often are you online on the forums? I always have the forums open and I usually check it often and take a look on the forums several times a day to look at the posts on there. I might not always post a reply to every post I look at but I often look around the forums. Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? I am qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat because I know when I need to have an unbiased and professional opinion. I also believe I have a good reputation within the community and within the long time I have been on the PoliceRP server I have received no warns or bans. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision? Yes, I do have good Judgment. A situation I was put in that required me to make a difficult decision would have to be when I had to make a decision for the future of my tournament which I hold very close to my heart. I had to make the decision on whether or not to rebrand my tournament to give it a better look and to make staffing changes to make sure my tournament doesn’t fall apart. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? I would guide the person to the correct section of the forums (that being the ban appeal section) and I would also let them know that it will make them look worse on their ban appeal if they continue to spam on the forums about their ban appeal. I would also make sure that their posts are set to hidden. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? If users were arguing in a warning appeal, I would first give then a forums diplomat warning message of “If the arguing continues this post can be locked for SMT review, and to please keep the post to a +/- support from this post onwards” and if they still continue with the arguing after I post that diplomat message I would lock the post for SMT to further review the post.
