2. Why do you want to become the role of Allegiant General?: 

Throughout my time as Command and a High Command member, I have never stopped trying to improve upon myself, others, or any battalion that I am involved with. I truly enjoy being an AHC member and the responsibilities associated with such. As an Allegiant General you are given more responsibilities and expectations that I wholly believe I can maintain and exceed. I have a long track record of maintained activity and dedication that would fit the position thoroughly. I believe I can do more and be more helpful in this position.

3. What experience do you have that would be relevant to the role of Allegiant General?:

The last 5 or so months as a command member has provided a considerable amount of experience. From being a SNR CMDR in IC, COL in Stormtroopers, to my time as Marshal Commander and General. Every step of the way has provided experience useful in the next stage or step of my time on the server. Each step has allowed myself to develop and improve my leading, listening, and problem solving relevant to each battalion. Every battalion's needs vary and you must be adaptable to meet them.

Army High Command: Marshal Commander and General has shown and taught me how to oversee large amounts of battalions at once, as well as deal with issues on a larger scale. During my overseer tasks to various battalions, I tried to the best of my ability to improve the conditions and morale of each battalion I was assigned, to which I will continue to do so.

Imperial Commando: During my time as both Commander Boss and Vice Commander Fixer, I preformed and exceeded the duty and expectations set before me. As command, my team and I were able to revive the most expensive battalion on the server to maintain and exceed the previous expectations thought of it. IC became one of the fastest growing battalions on the server, while maintaining high sim and training counts as well. Additionally, I formatted and created a new and efficient SOP that is still being used. Through all this, I was promoted to the first Senior Commander of IC.

Stormtrooper: Although, I did not achieve the CMDR or VCMDR position in the Stormtrooper Corp, I did assist the command in any extent possible throughout every rank achieved. As a Colonel, when Shore was created, I was assigned as the Overseer for the sub-regiment and tasked with creating the documents necessary on short notice, to which I exceeded.

4. Why do you think I should pick you over other applicants?:

I believe my ability to remain cool, calm, and collected have played a major part in where I am today, as has my dedication. I do what needs to be done regardless of what the task is and I am not opposed to constructive criticism or advice in any capacity. I remain open to suggestions and questions and will, to the best of my ability, implement or answer in the appropriate manner. I always remain un-biased and professional regardless of the occurrence or who is involved. I will always try my best to positively influence the battalions I am assigned to and improve the conditions within. 

5. Please outline some ideas that you could bring to improve Army as Allegiant General?:

Something that I believe is missing and would help every involved battalion is the Weekly Missions.
I would like to implement a system where either a HC member or CMDR/VCMDR is selected or volunteers every week to pick a day/time to coordinate, plan, and find GM/run an Army Mission or ship wide mission if they choose. Two or more missions a week. One preferably earlier in the day for the EU players and one a little later for the US players. Various rewards and promotions could be available for those involved (of any rank) and those who volunteer. I understand that something like this would be high maintenance but the return benefit may be very high and encourage growth.

The addition of a monthly challenge for highest sim count attains a reward of some kind, whether it be a crystal, weapon, or GC would be beneficial. GC could in turn help CMD pay for their SIM participants as well. 

NCOs and Officers are the backbone of every battalion. I would get with various Command Teams to coordinate and implement a better initiative for training or mentorship, so that the troopers they are training and mentoring can one day replace them and be efficient/effective in their post.

Bear i wanted to say some things before I actually say why you would make the perfect Allegiant General,

Bear you have helped this community in ways I honestly cant express you have helped me as a old command member and even now and still think you are one of the best Army command, You show dedication and honestly you don't show any sort of mingeyness but in a way you should work by heart, If there is people who can show and make army great its you, and honestly you just show work something I'm still struggling, but fully honestly you have helped me not only in Gaming light but as a whole, if I had a question you were always there and every time you join a VC with everyone, you are one of the nicest people there, you have helped me out as I was a storm trooper right when I joined and you have been a person not only for me but a person IC look up to, and with this I will state why you should become a Allegiant General!.
