(150 Word Minimum) I believe that I am worthy to become a member of PoliceRP's staff due to my activity and my desire to help people on this server. I started off playing on PoliceRP not knowing how much of a diamond in the dirt it is as far as Gmod servers go. I admit I made mistakes in the past, however after my last warn Ice from PoliceRP made me change and realize that i shouldn't take this server for granted, I have a desire to do good and help GL grow and become even better than it already is. I want to help people stop making the mistakes I once made because I believe they will deeply regret them at some point in time. In the time since my last warn I joined SWAT and FBI and I've met some amazing people who have helped me. No matter how much I wish I could I cannot take back the mistakes i've made on this server. I am good at communicating with people and being open minded and understanding. I believe I am responsible and mature enough for Gaminglight staff and that I am ready to do good for this server. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would start off by attempting to calm him/her down and letting them know that cursing and harassing in a staff sit is unneeded and only makes things worse for them and if they continue it would result in a mute or gag. I would explain the situation at hand and attempt to ask and gather their side of the story. I would ask if they have read over the MOTD and tell them they can access it by doing "!motd" in chat if they have not. I would tell them mass RDM is against the MOTD and they would be receiving a warn and ban for mass RDM, I would let them know they can appeal it on forums and provide them with a link, and have a higher up ban them for 5 days.
