Zarl
What are you suggesting? - Add a way to track how long a player has been on a certain job (or a list of time on all jobs if possible) Per Session How would this change better the server? - It would allow command to check how long enlisted an enlisted has been on a certain job. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - No. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Command- allow them to check enlisted's activity, without having to stalk them on the tab list Enlisted- Allow them to get noticed noticed during late night hours (if it's the list of all jobs and they #AFKForIgneous), or allow them to get noticed for the hours they were on before command was on. Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - None. The Apple
- Support - Branches have ways to log activity generally based on doing something related to the branch like surgery logs or raid logs or patrol logs etc. - Afking doesn't really help in deciding who deserves promotions - Already a thing via admin logs and would probably be difficult to give to all command - Overall seems pointless [Just Apple I Suppose]

Yato Sensei
- Support The idea is good don't get me wrong but it would be an absolute pain to track something like this and it would 100% involve a lot of work from SMT. Train Overlord
I see people taking their -Negatives based on the little use of the suggestion but im surprised no ones pointed out something about the suggestion itself. Why 'per session' ? While you stated the reasoning being so that Officers can see the activity of enlisted which can be used for promotions and activity I actually see the whole 'per session' to make it slightly mute. One session doesn't properly speak on the dedication and the activity of the player and using it in that context will be injustice to the person and the time they have placed into their branch. One officer may say 'Eh, he has been on for 15 Minutes no need to promote him' while completely unaware that that enlisted has been spending up to 3 hours for several days but hasn't been seen because he was seen at the wrong time. This suggestion will be used to judge promotions for convenience and that is something that CANT happen. It will only push Enlisted further in the dark then out in the light for promotions and activity levels. Enlisted are generally new players, this suggestion can make them worry about how much time they are playing thinking the more time they dedicate the more guarantee that the will be promoted which is espically terrible for those who don't have more time then others on their hands. It will effectively burn the enlisted out and move them away from the server. Also, to be promoted as a enlisted in most branches all they gotta do is cover their mouth when sneezing. Hours should begin to be monitored for Officers and NCO's. Sorry, but its a -Support from me. Edited December 24, 2020 by Train Overlord Nothing special here, move on. Squash
-Support Would involve way too much work for SMT. Plus yea, we got logs that show that our branch members are being active. CanOBeanz
-Support Unnecessary Wouldn't be used Wouldn't be accurate People AFK all the time on jobs, so even if we had something like this, it wouldn't be possible to tell how much tracked time was spent AFK or actually playing on a job. pixalgamer99
The one thing I have found that this would be good for is inactivity purging because like let’s say medical logs when TF is there a surgery in the middle of the night there are rarely surgeries during the day
