Change the 106 Femur rule (Or fix it to clear confusion) - Accepted

What are you suggesting? -
Change the 106 rule of Femur to allow any human subject (Other than SCP ones), (or if already allowed, specify it), As it stands, the MOTD states:

"An attempt must be made to use a D-Class in the femur breaker first, however, if the attempt is unsuccessful an MTF/Security unit may take the place of a D-Class.",

I'm requesting it to be changed to:

"An attempt must be made to use a D-Class in the femur breaker first, however, if the attempt is unsuccessful a Human from any branch may take the place of a D-Class." Or anything of this variant

How would this change better the server? -
Cause less confusion/ let those in other branches assist in helping contain a SCP, or give another use for those captured by MTF

Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. -
May make it somewhat too easy to femur 106 (but with the current state of MTF being located HCZ a lot, It kind of already is)/if already  allowed, N/A

Who would this change mostly benefit? -
People attempting to contain 106

"Ah yes, I guess CI cannot re-contain 106 because utility/security/[basically all other branch's that are not MTF or class-D] to help with CI's next raid! They are not human!"

Change it for clarification sake. +support.

Because with the rules we have now, we can't femur Utility / Research / CI. Personally, if 106 is terrorizing LCZ and I can't get a D-Class I just yoink an Enlisted or NCO and use them. Works the same, but we may be able to spare combatant numbers by using the Utility and Research bois.

This rule isn't strictly enforced. I've volunteered myself to be femured and been femured more times than I can count (usually as Medical). No one really cares.

But + Support anyways.
