(150 Word Minimum): I've been playing on this server for awhile now, actually almost hitting a year of playing on Gaminglight. This rank I want is a start for me to be a more helpful person on the server and to support my favorite server. For awhile now I have improved myself for the server. An example will be from my 2 denied application, in them I had some negative feed back about my maturity, activity, and bad decisions I made. From that time I have did my best to improve these problems I had. Now I think I can handle this huge responsibility. Some other things that can make me qualified for this position is my game experience. I know a lot about PoliceRP and how it works. This makes it easier for me to help players with basic and complicated questions, tasks, or problems. Another good thing about me is that I have over 1,400+ hours in Gmod. This makes it so I can help players with problems that is not a server problems. An example is I can show them how they can get the CSS Textures or show them how to not crash. Other great qualities to me is that I know the rules of PoliceRP and even Government rules in most departments that are not listed in the MOTD. I am very active and is almost on everyday for 3+ hours (Beside Tuesdays and Wednesday because of personal reasons that should not be discussed here). One of the last reasons I can think of on why I should get this position is that I am patient. This means a lot especially during staff sits because some people don't have patients and will get mad over small stuff during a sit. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?:The first thing I would do is freeze or jail the player to stop them from killing other players. I will start to question the player's actions. After that if I do get reasoning for why they did it I will check logs and see who has been killed by this player. I would also make sure if it was actual MassRDM or a misunderstood RP situation. I would also check there warns and see how many they had. After that I will give the player a warn and decide any other punishments this player needs to face.
