Yes Permission(Not required If applying for Lt-Cpt): Snar| Kitty| Bob bob| Dane Why should you be promoted? : I believe I should be promoted to the rank of COL in the PD because I have spent countless hours training, patrolling, disciplining, and making sure the PD is the best they can be. I support this department extremely as a MAJ and I think I am ready to take on the responsibilities of a COL in the PD. If there is a cadet waiting in the training room, I respond immediately if they request training. When I train I stay as professional as possible and make sure they have all the knowledge they need to know to patrol as an officer in the PD. I have grown tremendously in the PD as a low command member as I worked my way up the ranks. I have gotten more mature, responsible, and very skilled as a low command member whether it comes to training or disciplining the officers to push them to be there best as a PD member. In addition, I feel like I can accomplish tremendous things as a COL in the PD. I will always uphold the duties of a COL and be the best I can. If I ever see a lower ranking officer do something wrong I will immediately tell them what they did so they can approve and get better as an officer. Also, another reason I believe I deserve COL is that I am a very trusted member of the community and have been in the PD for so long and I know what a good officer looks like because of that. I am well knowledged with the server rules and I know what my officers can and can't do while on patrol. When I am on patrol I make sure I am RPing to the best of my ability and perform the traffic stops/ raids the best I can and make sure I set an amazing example for the lower ranks that look up to me as their leader and the person that should have the most knowledge on how to be a great officers. I have been with the PD for a while now and have experienced a lot of things as a command member in it. Whether it’s a mingy officer, or someone that doesn’t know you can’t move into a tactical situation. I make sure these people are corrected and know what to do as a PD member to be the best officer they can be. I would consider myself a very helpful member of the PD low command as I train almost every day and I make sure the officers know what they are doing and they do their job correctly and efficiently. I will be as active as possible on PD and will help officers 24/7. I will also be in TS a lot so if any officers need help there I am always accessible. I love to help my fellow officers to get better and succeed as a member of the police department.
