Permission(Not required If applying for Lt-Cpt): not required Why should you be promoted? When I am on this server I take charge of situations. I also train officers and I don't refuse to train because they represent the police department, so if they get trained well then the police department will have a good reputation and maybe more people will join meaning more officers on duty at one time. I’ve been on the server a long time and have a lot of experience that help newer players. Another reason I believe I should be promoted is I see and hear things that command is trying to find out to make the conditions better and more fun for officers. Additionally reason I should be promoted is that there's always room for improvement and I have some answers to things that need to be improved. That is why I think I should be promoted to lieutenant. The format itself does say "rank wanted" so saying "I want X rank" doesn't seem out of line to me. The rest I do agree with, and the format is an eyesore and made it hard to even get through your app. Please make it easier on us in the future (default font color for example instead of neon blue).
