I Think that I would be a good addition to the community because I'm kind and respectful and will not choose sides during a sit. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit and all they do is curse at you? I would Try to calm them down and speak to them about what they did and proceed with the right action which is to give them a 10,000 second minge.
