Gun dealers should be able to sell whatever their class is allowed to purchase to others. The type of weapons/guns that they sell can be used to determine the type of illegal/legal sale of firearms. If a cop catches a gun dealer selling a a heavy machine gun (for example) and the person does not have a guns license, he may be charged for selling a heavy weapon/gun. If he does have a license, he should be able to sell the gun without being placed under arrest for it. Once you have a gun license, you are able to sell whatever guns that your class is allowed to purchase to others.

What is Code Red? Never heard of it before. -support. Not needed. It is not hard to stop a vehicle. A Tow Truck is just like any other vehicle. Tow trucks are not semi trucks so i don't get your logic here. If you can't stop a tow truck in a pursuit without shooting it and blowing it up, then you definitely need some kind of pursuit training. You have other officers and other departments to help you out with the pursuits. Along with that, you also do have spike strips to take out the tries of the vehicle. Put a road block or a barricade and trap the suspect into an area. Do a PIT maneuver and get the vehicle pinned against something. Making it code red wont solve anything especially when it comes to roleplaying.

Now I’m going to explain on what should have happened in this situation rather than give +/- supports. This comment is combined with the other report on the warn appeal by Nicolas. The killing on Maddog - Maddog shot at his family members so he killed him. (I know their names mean the same thing, but if we wanted to be picky with this, their names were different) In a way, they weren’t in the same family. Pretty sure the names have been the same and not abbreviated. UMC could’ve have stood for something else. Just saying... Staff Sit - I believe the staff sit was poorly handled. It was an active RP situation. Either let the RP situation continue and let them finish or move the people involved to a location such as a roof of a building. You can’t be conducting a sit in the middle of a gunfight/active RP situation. Not only that, since Elapin does not use a mic and has to end up typing, it is very difficult for the players to acknowledge that everyone nearby knew it was an admin sit. Attitude between BigJohnny & Maddog - I know both of you were pretty mad about shooting each other in this gunfight that supposedly turned into an admin sit out of a sudden. But you cannot be saying it’s an admin sit in the middle of an active shoutout. (I cannot stand people who use the phrase “It’s an admin sit” to get themselves out of trouble. This brings me back to how poorly the sit was conducted) BigJohnny, you cannot get angry/frustrated because Maddog wanted to continue the gunfight with you. Shots were being exchanged and he wanted to RP the shootout and not only that he had absolutely no way of knowing it was an admin sit. Nicolas RDM on Maddog - Now I understand the reason for killing Maddog because of the shots fired at BigJohnny, your family member. The words of “it’s an admin sit” came out multiple times before you killed Maddog. However it was still an active RP situation and you RP as is. I think you could’ve easily stopped but like I said previously the admin sit was poorly conducted. Verbal warning should have been issued here. After all of this, I’ve decided to give a -support for the removal of the warning for breaking FearRP. Two SWAT had two guns on you. You can’t be using third person to tell if he pointed the gun away from you. You were facing the wall so you had no knowing what was happening behind your back. I do think it was kinda failrp for Nicolas to be breaking you out of cuffs in front of two SWAT members but I don’t know the full story before what happened in this video.

I fully understand and is aware of the rules and the consequences. Never been warned for RDM/LTAP. Any extra information: I just recently found this out as I was just checking my warnings. It was given to me on the 10/31/18. I know I'm a bit late on this but I was just curious on what this warning was for. Possibly put in the wrong steamID? I just would like to like an explanation from the staff himself. Also tried looking for crash logs but usually what i do with crash files is that I delete them after for quite some time and the farthest crash log i have is from 11/3/18. I have never been warned before for RDM/LTAP.

Yeah definitely weirded me out. When he had taken my sit in game and we had spoke about it. He said that he has evidence of the situation and watched the whole thing. Once I saw this video, I was like ummm, interesting. But if it wasn’t for this video, I wouldn’t have much evidence for this report. So I thank him for this.
