Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum): I have been a Moderator for SCP-RP for a month now. I believe that I am both qualified and deserve the rank of Senior Moderator a few reasons. First, I have become very accustomed to the way things are done as a staff member. I understand how to process most sit scenarios and how to go through them step by step with causing as little conflict as possible. Second, I am a very active staff member and get many more sits than the quota requirement every week. Double or triple the amount of sits required. Next, from what I have heard from Piller I have gotten good staff reviews on the new staff review system. I do not know the extent of them but Piller did tell me that they were good reviews. And lastly, I have shown great dedication to the Gaming Light SCP-RP staff team. I am super active. I try to get online every day for a few hours or so. I have grown my reputation in the server by a lot from when I first became staff. By being that active, a lot of people in the server now know me. I know my application may not be the greatest ,but I hope that you see me fit for the position of Senior Moderator.

Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would first tell them to stop. If they continue I would mute/gag them depending on if they were using text chat or voice chat to curse at me with. I would inform them that I expect them to communicate with me properly when I unmute/ungag them so we can have a normal discussion. I would probably then give them a formal warning for MRDM.
Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?: I would first tell them all to calm down and that the sit will not go anywhere if they don't. If they still continue to be unproductive, I would bring each of them to different parts of the sit room and talk with them individually. Then form my opinion on the scenario and deal with the rest of the sit from there.
