+/- Support Jobs below LVL 65 should be handled by SCMD IMO. Jobs above LVL 65 should still be able to be handled by LCMD IMO. If someone has worked to the point of being able to play level 65, I feel like them minging is less likely. This is not always the case, however it would *reduce* minging. Also what about senior operatives of sub branches? They should still be able to train for their respective branches.

Lore Rank/Name: EXPR Voxial SCP #: 049 and 008 Test Idea: Infect a D-Class with SCP-008 and ask SCP-049 if he is able to cure the SCP-008-2 instance of 'The Pestilence' . Background Research: SCP-049 seeks to cure the world of 'The Pestilence'. He will venture in order to find people to cure of this pestilence. Hypothesis: Personally I think that SCP-049 might be able to cure the SCP-008-2 instance. As SCP-008 is a disease and SCP-049 specializes in curing diseases. Observations (what happened?): We first brought a D-Class personnel to SCP-008's containment chamber. With hazmat suits on, we then exposed the D-Class to SCP-008. He was then a victim of SCP-008, SCP-008-2. With the D-Class being infected we brought it to SCP-049's containment chamber. The SCP-008-2 instance was placed inside of SCP-049's cell. We proceeded to ask the doctor a few questions. Voxial: SCP-049, does this man have the pestilence that you seek. SCP-049: Yes, he does. Voxial: Are you able to cure him of it? SCP-049: No, I am unable to cure him of his pestilence. Voxial: Thank you very much for answering my questions doctor. This shall be the conclusion of our test now. The SCP-008-2 instance was then taken to the incineration chamber, as well as the other bio-hazardous materials. They were all then properly incinerated/terminated. Evidence/Visual Stimuli (Images): (The photos from the test were lost.) // I have no idea where they went on my drive // Analysis/Conclusion (was your hypothesis correct, why or why not, how can this discovery benefit the foundation?): My hypothesis was unfortunately incorrect. I thought SCP-049 would be able to cure SCP-008-2 of 'The Pestilence', but he was unable to do so. I recommend further research on this topic to find the limits of SCP-049's curing abilities.

From what I can tell being around him in Nu7 comms, he seems like a nice guy and I think he's changed for the better. Also if you rank up a bit, I'll consider making this a full + Support, but for now, keep grinding those ranks.

I was told in staff chat the a D-Class in D-Block was spawning props and the server was lagging. I looked at logs and Swix was the only D-Class spawning props in that timeframe. And while I still do stand by my ban, maybe he does deserve a second chance. Perhaps it was unintentional.
