  3. I liked that you revamped your application alongside seeing you image earlier in game showed me that you'd be a good fit for IQ/Purge command. Good luck Derthal : )
  4. + Support Active 0 Warnings I love the length you made your application as it shows you care about the server which at your age is mature when it comes to taking care of what you love.
  5. I like that you have experience on the server in terms of a Non Commissioned officer and even a DT Command member. With that type of experience then I know even as a non member of Naval that you'll be valued assist to the branch. You also have a good amount of people vouching for you as seen in these comments so best of luck with the application and your career in naval.
  6. I wholeheartedly agree with Mayluron especially on the part of inspiring the men. As an NCO equivalent in Naval they'll look up to you when it comes to knowing what's right and wrong. With the expectation that if they mess up that they'll be taught better instead of being disciplined which should only be the exception and not the rule.
  7. Questions 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) Lore Senior Guard Weebe | Shadow Guard Officer Vacander Jax 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Royal Guard 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? There’s two parts to this question. My desire of being a Vice Sovereign for The Royal Guard as a member of the Royal Guard Executive Command team alongside becoming a Vice-Commander within the Inquisitorius branch under the Imperial military I wish to be a Vice Sovereign within the Royal Guard because I love this regiment and want it to continue to improve with the current command team. I know that my actions from the moment I joined RG to the point I am now as a Major have shaped me into a Royal Guard who’s cares dearly for the Regiment. I will continue to perform as I always have and even more as a shining example to all those in the regiment. RG is something special because of its place it holds both within lore and the server. Within Lore we are a renowned and prestigious regiment known for our loyalty to the Emperor and our fighting prowess. I hold both and as a Vice Sovereign Protector I am the rank that many Royal Guards dream of holding. Which just as many within the Empire wishing to become a Royal Guard so do the players of the server. Whether they see our advertisement next to bunks to donate and become a member of the Royal Guard or through a friend. The statues of the Regiment must be one of excellence and welcoming. I have always strived to get people to join the regiment whether it be passively by show casing our existence, the many sims I host in the name of RG or the trainings I host. All of these come to bring people into the Regiment and attract them. However, I alone cannot do this which is why as my current position I’ve been teaching and guiding those under me to follow in my footsteps by showing them firsthand that they’re capable of doing great things from the lessons I teach. Within the Royal Guard Roster, I have a combined total of 64 loggings for the month of January. That's 21 simulations where I gave 1 mil GC each to a lucky winner, 30 Trainings where I impacted someone with a lesson in dueling whether one on one or in a group and lastly 13 tryouts of Indvidual's entering the Royal Guard Regiment or Shadow Guard Subbranch. These are all unique in their own way because as a member of the Regiment but especially as Vice Sovereign Protector I want people to enjoy their time here. I will continue to guide those under me and assist those above me in making RG a family where you can always hop on and know everyone. In relation to this I always try to remain active within RG General, NCO Chat and Officer to show that regardless of my rank I will never stop being my friendly and talkative self. This connects to my last point of becoming a member of Command within the Inquisitorius branch under the Imperial military. As we all know, the Royal Guard live within the IQ bunks across from Purge Bunks. Which as neighbors we work closely despite having different purposes. As I’ve already been doing and will be encouraging, I’ve started with NCO’s alongside in the last IQ meeting that IQ currently lacks someone to teach them about dueling. I have taken this task upon myself and as mentioned encouraging RG NCOs to duel and help IQ with their dueling abilities via Team Speak and in game. The purpose of this is because of our inherent use of lightsabers we have a beautiful and “Civilized” form of combat that must be homed. I've personally trained and logged 4 members as high as Overseer and as low as Apprentice in dueling efficiency and skill. I have also advertised within IQ general whenever I’m online that “Hello there if any Apprentices or lords who want a lesson in dueling or tips, I'm on the ISD rn - RG Weebe/Vacander Jax ”. I do this as a way of helping IQ as I also hold the Rank of Lord I within IQ alongside holding a soft spot for Purge and IQ. In conclusion with my desire of being a Vice Sovereign within The Royal Guard and command within the Inquisitorius I will strive to assist the Royal Guard Command team as I’ve been doing with the added benefit and passion of helping all the Branches within IQ through example and a guiding hand in the name of RG. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? From the command in !menu [Staff] Your total time is 2w 5d 19h 56m. Battlemetrics : 489:13 First time since 2021 and recently since November 2022. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Commander of a branch is to keep the regiment alive. This is done through maintenance, disciplinary, showing others to teach leadership, and passion. By maintenance I mean ensuring that everything runs smoothly and assisting with creating documents. This can be seen commonly where command members update the roster as soon as possible to ensure that it remains up to date upon its current condition. I have personally witnessed a roster in disorder which serves as an example as to why communication and maintenance within the regiment's documents are up to date is key. I have also noticed through training new members into RG that the Handbook has a handful of typo’s, and grammatical errors. That’s why I’ll be assisting RG command in ensuring such unacceptable errors are corrected for the betterment of the regiment. In talking about the betterment of the regiment it leads me onto disciplinary actions and interactions. As a member of the RG officer core, I’ve had my fair share of incidents where I had to correct members. This was something I talked about in my Officer application where I wanted to help the officer team in stamping out such behavior. Which so far, I believe I’ve made an impact but it’s a team effort. Whenever I ran into a disciplinary issue, I’d always post it in our officer chat on the discord to alert my fellow RG for their input and thoughts on the matter. Alongside this both in doing so I also mention how I resolve the issue by explaining to the person what they did was wrong and issue out a verbal warning so they can learn and avoid such behavior. This has so far worked per the approval of my fellow officers and even IQ HC. Hence why I will continue my path of continuing to correct and especially guide the officers below me by assisting them when it comes to disciplinary issues and decisions. Lastly there's showing others who are in leadership positions on how to teach what they’ve learned alongside delegating tasks to the NCO’s. As an officer I’ve always asked those I’ve taught if they learned something alongside asking the NCOs to take charge during events. On the first point, I ask this of people whether I give a lesson to no matter how big or small to gauge if what I taught them got through. This has the effect of allowing me to improve while at the same showcasing that anyone has, the ability to learn and pass on what you’ve been taught. This trait of mine comes from IRL since I’m currently studying to become a teacher so things like these come naturally to me. On the second part in delegating tasks to NCO’s. I’ve always known that they're the future of the regiment, so their success and existence is the spine of The Royal Guard. I’ve been doing this by telling NCOs to take charge during events to both learn leadership skills, positioning and initiative. All of these from maintenance, disciplinary and teaching others contribute towards keeping a regiment alive. Which is the purpose of keeping the regiment we love and hold dear continuing. For the honor of those who came before us and for the benefit of those who take our place. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted in being a vice-commander for my actions since joining The Royal Guard, my love for it, and the trust others on the ISD hold of me. Since joining The Royal Guard I’ve always strived to be the very best I can be as a positive role model within the ISD and the regiment. I’ve accomplished such actions and will continue to do so as to never fall into complacency by always being open to feedback regardless of where it comes from. I know that through self-improvement that I can accomplish and overcome anything. I’ve always also held a desire to be the best because I enjoy giving things my all because it’s fun to see how far I can make it in life by pushing expectations. In doing so I’ve managed to climb the ranks of the Royal Guard over the past 4ish months since joining RG. In these four months I’ve met some of the most amazing and hardworking people that have taught me how to duel, have fun and enjoy my time on the server. People that I don’t want to let down by failing and betraying their trust in me. Through these people I’ve come to love being on RG because it’s such a unique experience. Being in RG can be split between guarding and dueling. With the Guarding part we get to follow the High Command and protect them. Through this we’re able to talk and learn about each other while we stand around and that has led me to realize the intricoes and uniqueness of my fellow Royal Guard. You can’t have a regiment without people and these guys are unique and filled with personality that makes this regiment a fun and wholesome place to be. Secondly there's the dueling part which is what I love the *F curse work* most about RG. Within The Royal Guard we are known for our tough duelist able to take on IQ Command and any Jedi that dares to threaten our fellow Imperials and most especially our VIPs like the Emperor. This part of the regiment has completely made me fall in love with the regiment because all of it added together makes for a fun dueling and whole place with others. It also shows the trust our VIPS and the ISD places when it comes to me and fellow RG in handling whatever comes at us in RP. Lastly theirs's the trust that others on the ISD hold in me. I’ve met some lovely and fun people on the ISD. I never shy away from meeting someone or getting to know them because that’s someone behind a screen too. I always strive to make friends that feel at home on the server and maybe even consider joining RG. I think the best example of this can be Seen within my officer application where people both within and outside the RG regiment responded with wonderful support with their reasons as to why. Events like those show that what I’m doing on the server and within the regiment is good because others seem to admire and support my existence. I also think the best compliment that I’ve received from the community is from the Emperor himself when he said this in command discord Emperor Palpatine | Bon: "Weebe you are a outstanding Officer!" This makes me realize that if our beloved Emperor noticed me then I would want to do greater things on the ISD to receive his praise and bring joy to his heart and to an extent those that serve under him. I will be continuing to be myself and push expectations alongside being friendly and welcoming to all onboard the ISD. Because whether you're in RG or not we’re still part of the GL Family : ) This is why I believe I should be trusted in this position. 7. How often can you be Online ? I can be on every day for hours since my university and work schedule both end at 5PM EST (I’m CST 4 PM for me). Meaning that After I get out of work, I don’t have to worry about going to class or work unless I have homework. Therefore, I can be on every day and have been on every day to the best of my ability. Weekends will of course be the best time since I can be on all day unless fam wants to go somewhere. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) I have 0 warnings
  8. +Support Despite being a very stubborn Scottish person he was the one of the important people I met in RG who taught and showed me more than half of what I know today. Therefore he's deserving of being an officer alongside also playing a role in want me to be in Shadow Guard. I'm rewriting my response since the initial one wasn't up to par in terms of such a position and my support. Kazza has been in shadow guard since I've joined. I alongside others have viewed him as senior not only because of his rank but also because of his genuine experience within the regiment and Shadow Guard. He was a factor in why I joined Shadow Guard since I knew within the sub branch their were people who were very experienced in dueling. He himself was someone who'd always duel me even if I always lost in the beginning he still dueled me. Every time I got back up and dueled him again and again. I must say that recently it's been hard to get knowledge from Kazza such as teaching since he's as mentioned originally very stubborn when it comes to teaching. What he has teacher is jumping to Cold which makes no sense but maybe he sees something I don't. Secondly there's the fact that Kazza has been here longer in terms of the sub branch so he should be a natural choice. There's also the fact that as of writing this 1/23/2023 no one else has applied for the position. Which I see no one else really being a fit for a Shadow Guard Officer right now based on activity and dueling skill. Of course there is myself but I wouldn't want to shag Kazza's desire to become Shadow Guard Officer. You don't have to be a Shadow Guard to be a great duelist, but you do have to be a great duelist to be a Shadow Guard -Weebe
  9. +1 Support I've known you since the day I trained you for RG which was on the 12/27/2022 when you joined RG. From looking you up I see that you have history dating back 11/30/2021 which signifies that you have prior history in the Regiment. You also have experience in leadership positions such as a Major in Shock and a DT 2LT like me. Your ability to prove yourself to your superiors by climbing the ranks so fast goes to prove your exceptionality. However I'd be lying if I didn't mention how your response of two weeks in RG feels off but at the same time knowing you have experience as an officer and prior history in RG sets this feeling of unease to rest. I like how in your "How could you assist Royal Guard command with this rank?" That you mentioned how you'd look over the NCO's which is important as you stated to mold them into future Officers. I also enjoy seeing your commitment to the saber etiquette and the rules that hold the RG together. Overall good application, do wish you had more time than "2 Weeks" however as mentioned above your prior experience and good app make me believe your ready to take on more responsibility. On a personal note I'd like to congratulate you on reaching this milestone. I knew from the day I met you that you had a lot of potential within this regiment and seeing your application makes me proud of how far you've come. Best of luck with the application -Weebe
  10. +Support I know him from RG and he's a very capable member of the community especially when it comes to being responsible for others. I've also cross guarded with him when he was on Nova and he does a good job.
  11. What is your in game name? Shadow Guard VI Weebe What is your in game rank? Royal Guard VI Are you in shadow guard? Yes, with robes How long have you been in Royal Guard? I joined RG on 11/5/2022 however some of this time was spent on LOA. I also have prior history in RG from 2021 but that was not my focus until late last year. Why do you want to become a Trial Senior? [150+ words] I want to become a trial senior because I want to take on more responsibilities, open more doors for myself alongside being able to reward those under my command if I happen to receive this position. When it comes to responsibilities, I want to take on the role of an officer from leading, teaching, learning. As an officer I will lead the Royal Guard under my command in committing to our job to the most honorable and professional as possible. I will of course lead by example and be the very first to take the initiative as I’ve already shown within my time as a royal guard. Initiative like taking charge as an NCO when an officer isn’t around or when the situation calls for giving direction. This also comes by ensuring that no one strives far from the path especially on job like minging or doing things there aren't supposed to be doing. Secondly comes teaching where I wish to instill not only the courage to take responsibility for one's actions but also in teaching and passing down everything, I’ve learned not only from dueling but also my leadership mentality. While I will not repeat information about my previous applications, I still hold those beliefs such as taking responsibility for the mistakes of those below me and taking their failures as my own. An important part of this is also teaching what I’ve learned on the mat to anyone who’s willing to learn. It can be as small as learning what the ASWD keys are when you click and strike them to read your opponents' move. I love teaching because I was like them once and I’d want to have a passionate patient person to teach me. To end on responsibilities is learning. We must always learn from our mistakes, from those below and above us. I wouldn’t be who I am today or where I am if I wasn’t open to learning from them. I’ve ingrained that whether we fail or win we should always analysis what went wrong or what went right and figure out how. There is also my eagerness to duel with anybody I can, whether small or big, to learn from them. I’ve had a handful of experiences and encounters with Cadets within the Regiment that show genuine talent and skill. You never know where someone is from until you test them on the mats but also that such skill should be nurtured to reach their full potential. When it comes to the possibilities that open for me as an officer that I’ve been able to explore a little as an NCO which has been coordinating missions and executing missions within the Branch. I was the first person in the month of December to host a mission which included members of IQ, Purge and Royal Guard in retrieving the Emperors Royal Red Box. While anyone can host a sim or mission, what matters is that it’s a believable and enjoyable experience for the players. A bit of hiccups I did run into while trying to get the mission setting up was that I had to speak to each officer of the aforementioned groups but at the same time coordinate with my CO team since I was just an NCO. Therefore, as a CO it will streamline the process of coordinating with other regiments when I’m able to speak as an officer with them in approving or getting things together. Lastly as a CO I want to be able to promote the men under my command in the regiment for achieving feats or improving. While I’ve made a handful of recommendations to my superiors when I see improvement in Cadets, I wish I was able to personally deliver the promotion to them so I can better point out what lead me to make that decision. Being able to praise and reward a Cadet for good conduct and skillsets can be something amazing as it reinforces the fact that the effort, they put into the regiment bears fruit when it comes to what the higher ups notice. I also want to as I’ve already been doing is helping and leading the Junior NCOs to make decisions like organizing the men on bridge during a Defcon or event to allow them to develop that leadership experience. How could you assist Royal Guard command with this rank? [100+ words] I can assist Royal guard command by being responsible for the Royal Guard Cadets and NCOs under my command whenever a higher CO or Vice Sovereign isn’t on. In a way I’ve already been doing this during late nights or in the morning. There are however some issues I’ve noticed during my time here that have developed which is slight minging and insubordination. This is unacceptable as the Royal Guard is an elite and prestigious regiment as we have the responsibility for guarding the important people of the ship while at the same time inspiring confidence within the troops. Therefore, I want to address the issues of minging as an officer since it’ll give me, they ability to take more direct action with warrant since as an officer I’d be responsible for overseeing the NCO’s and EM. While I’ve already been doing this as an NCO when it comes to the EM, I can’t really do this to the NCO’s since it’d be inappropriate as a fellow NCO to hand out PT for arguing or minging such as using a jetpack or going to a certain VIP even if there aren't Shadow Guard. Therefore, as a CO I will ensure that the minging that currently exists within the regiment that originates from the NCO’s and EM is fixed by correcting such behavior. Not necessarily through reprimand which is an option but rather by showing them what to do as an NCO within the regiment and having a one-on-one talk about what they did was wrong and how to improve yourself. How many strikes do you have? 0 strikes Do you have any prior experience in being an Officer? (If yes, explain) I do have prior experience as an officer both in and out of Gaming Light. Again, while I will not mention repeat from my last application, I have been in leadership positions since 2016 where I held the rank of colonel on American Revolutionary war RP from Nomad Networks. I was a kid back but that was a steppingstone you could say in my Garry's Mod leadership career. While that sounds silly typing it out, I’ve learned that when people hop on a server and see an officer, they know that if there's an issue, they can go to them. I’ve always been someone who strives to be a patient and caring leader to ensure the men under my command that I’ll always be patient and happy to hear to resolve or mediate the issue at hand. I’m passionate about the regiments I lead in which stems again even since becoming a leader because it’s something I take personal as a part of my responsibility. I want the Royal Guard to succeed because it’s brought me joy and satisfaction. Therefore, as an officer with all those experiences behind me I will use what I’ve learned over the years to further develop and mature the Royal Guard as a regiment that prides itself on its roots and mission to guard. Secondly to return to an experience I was an officer within the Death Trooper Regiment code named WS7 where I learned heavily about redacted regiments and specifically the oath of silence in reference to RG. It takes a good officer to ensure that such a rule as maintaining discipline and not speaking is carried throughout but also because such an oath is part of what makes RG great just like it does to DT https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=790664410 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=889223729 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=898032290 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2061528279 What Qualifications could you bring too the Royal Guard Officer Team? The qualifications I could bring to the Royal Guard Officer team are those I’ve learned in my life of leading others both in and out of Garry's Mod. Which includes my Certified Private Security Non-Commission Certificate from the State of Texas (Very True). My qualifications come from being a person capable of staying calm under pressure and having good communication skills. Alongside all the qualifications that I’ve learned throughout the years as a leader Do you understand that if you are Accepted, you will be on a 2 Week Trial Period? (Failing the Trial Period will result in a demotion) Yes Thank you for reading this.
  12. +Support From my experience in RG he's a very passionate person when it comes to overseeing the men alongside having a good charisma both in game and out of game. Secondly they have experience as High Command and other command positions within the Inquisotorious proving their understanding for IQ and RG. I also liked that you wish to bring more sims and mission to the Branch which from personal experience can really bring a regiment together when it comes to missions through shared goals and duties. While it doesn't mention in your bio nor does my knowledge of you show a presence directly in purge you still would have interacted with Purge as the second and ninth sis. Ps: it'd be pretty sad if you got the position since you won't be my Sovereign anymore but good things come and go so I wish this app the best : )
  13. I've known you ever since I first arrived at this server and I know you got what it takes to be a great VCMDR.
  14. +/-Support +So far from what I've seen your a really nice, funny and professional person from the experience I've had with you. - You put in they effort for that character backsheet but this seems lacking. Maybe cause different battalions have different requirements. -Really short app I'll change my score if you add more work into this application.
  15. In-Game name: DT 1SG WS7 SteamID: STEAM_0:1:74823902 Rank: 1SG How long have you been in your current rank?: I’ve been a 1SG for a little over 26 hours What experiences in leadership do you have?: As I’ve stated before in my NCO application, I’ve had multiple experiences through the years on Gmod in my most 5000 hours on Gmod when it comes to roleplay. I’ll try my best not to repeat info in this section from my previous app, but I still stand by that I want to be the best leader/higher up someone knows. Whether it’s as a CPL, 1SG, 2nd LT, or CMDR. I always want my teammates and others to know me as a fun, responsible, caring, charismatic person/leader. Because at the end of the day I just want to put a smile on their face, and as a leader it has always been my goal to give them the best experience ever. I’ve learned throughout the years from the ups and downs in my Gmod carrier what to do and what not to do. When to start and when to stop. I’ve matured over the years in terms of capability knowing that as a leader I will do what I have to do and even if I don’t know, I know that there are people counting on me. So as a leader I can’t let them down. Because they look up to me so I can’t give up, not on them, not on myself. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=889223729 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=898032290 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2061528279 (Edit app to add links) Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum) why do you want to be an officer? I want to be an officer because I want more responsibility, a bigger role, and help my superiors within the battalion. I know that currently DT is going through a bump when it comes to quotes and ensuring discipline and I want to be someone that the higher-ups in my battalion rely on not only as an NCO but also as an officer within the battalion. I love Dearth troopers with their iconic depictions to the point of having a soundboard for the job because I enjoy rping my primary life as a DT. I want to bring my past experiences and qualities to the next level as an officer. I also know that as an officer not only will those under my command will come to me for guidance but also members of other battalions who have comments both good and bad about the battalion will want to relay that information for me to pass on to DT Command. With me already good relations with many on the ship, I know that as an officer I’ll have great relations starting off with other battalions whether they wish to communicate through me or others. Some of the other things I want to do that being an officer would allow me to do are check-ups and cross battalion operations. When it comes to check-ups that require a 2nd LT, it can be funny seeing what the DT and medical trooper produce because check-up RP has by far been one of the most enjoyable things to do alongside that I know the people at the med bay which makes it even more fun. I understand that while at the med bay procedures must be taken for redacted but even then, I still find checkups with the medical battalion fun and as a 2nd LT I'd be able to supervise and conduct them. There are also cross battalion operations that I really want to do. From my experience, the operation with ShockxDT was something special as we worked together on the common goal of protecting the ISD Crew with us being geared towards naval and shock being geared towards all personnel. Cross battalion operations can help grow relations between DT and other branches, which is something important for a community and for DT. So being 2nd LT would allow me to host sims and possibly missions with HC/Naval(+GM) assistance for a fun experience between DT and others. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(130+Word minimum) What makes me stand out amongst my fellow peers in the NCO branch and those in a leadership position is my civility, commitment to duty, and lastly but most important Responsibility. Civility. Within the battalion of DT, it is important to maintain good relations with other battalions as both the nature and duty of DT as VIP protection it is important that DT is viewed in a professional and positive light as our connection to naval and High command is intertwined when it comes to us as guards. I have always made it my goal to be nice and respectful to others not because of rank but because we're human beings with our own unique personalities; and while yes that may sometimes conflict with our own personalities or that of others. It is important as both a group of people, community, and ISD personal to remain respectful of each other at all times. This however hasn't always been the case. I am aware from both my peers and the roster that there are those who would enter into squabbles or mass disrespect of other battalions which I found distasteful. I always find that it is important to be the bigger man and just let bygone be bygones when it comes to disagreements. So, I feel I have so far done a wonderful job both fostering a positive light with other battalions and people as both a person WS7/Weebe-San but also as a Death trooper DT WS7. Commitment to duty. As an NCO and leader within the DT battalion, it is always important to both maintain the health of the battalion by ensuring the flow of recruits to fill the ranks if they meet the high standards of DT but also to maintain said health by ensuring discipline within the battalion with sims, trainings, and tryouts. Even as an NCO I always try to do a training or tryout whenever we're not on assignment or when it's a slow day at bridge. This is where there is a difference between me and others as I have noticed again through both word of mouth by the higher ups and the roster that NCOs and some officers do not complete their quote. This is concerning as both as an NCO and leader within the battalion it is extremely important to hold tryouts to give people the opportunity to be part of a wonderful battalion. Not doing tryouts can lead to the death of battalions which throughout my past I have seen happen many times. As an officer but even as an NCO I enjoy conducting training amongst my fellow DT by teaching them something new or sharpening our elite DT skills with even at times rewarding them for their performance. Responsibility. Something that makes me stand out amongst others is responsibility, responsibility for those under my command, their actions, and my actions. I have always seen that the failure and faults of the troops is the fault of their superior. In particular any trooper or individual under my command is my responsibility when it comes to making sure their actions and performance. If they commit an error then I am always happy to teach them what is right and what is wrong so long as they wish to learn. If a trooper ever commits an error to the point of disciplinary action is needed like PT then I will personally do the PT alongside them whether it’s Rolling stairs or Grammer squats. Showing to others that if we fail as a team then we will PT as a team. I believe the most important relationship is that of a trooper and their superior officer, and the actions of a trooper reflect that of their leaders. All of these things are what I believe is what separates me among my peers. Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an officer you can be removed from your position? Yes Do you understand that receiving a strike will result in an immediate demotion? Yes (PS I'd love to color code this but idk how ( ˃̣̣̥ω˂̣̣̥ ) (Edited once to add screenshot links)

From american revoultionary war, star wars rp, and military rp I've been and climbed through the many ranks within each rp learning from many superiors and those below the many qualities about being a good person but also a good leader. The experience I've gained through leadership positions is that it is better to be loved than feared compared to what Niccolò Machiavelli said. I've learned through my experience that it is best to foster a family like spirit to ensure that people enjoy themselves within the battalion but also when it comes to discipline to ensure every one is on top of themselves and expected to as such. Especially in the Death Trooper battalion. Why do you want to be a non-commissioned officer?(100+ Word minimum) I want to be an NCO because I wish to host tryouts for the battalion as activity within the battalion while great at times can sometimes be lacking within certain times, so I wish to host tryouts to bolster the battalion with new players while at same time ensuring they will carry the same standards as us. I also wish to be an NCO to be a better figure as being an NCO will allow me to put on an image that leadership even as small as an NCO is active within the battalion to both represent but also communicate to our fellow crewman aboard the ISD that DT leadership is active. I also want to be an NCO because I really love being in DT within myself passing on the 4th try and going to every tryout I could because I was determined to be in one of the battalions that I believe is the coolest on the server. I also want to be an NCO because having a pauldron is awesome :D. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(110+Word minimum) I stand amongst they others both because I am active and a friendly person. I’ve heard on occasions leadership talking about how many officers are going to be getting strikes as there missing their tryout quote even with it just being 3 a week. I also saw within they roster that two people had strikes for not completing the quote. When it comes to me, I’d do tryouts whenever I’m free or when somebody asks to give a chance them and others a chance at joining an elite regiment. I’ve seen as well that many people who’ve tried out for DT are the people who don’t give up on there first fail within the tryout which shows me that there are people out there just like me that are determined to achieve what they want to achieve. Having they ability to recognize and see the differences and quality of people is an important trait to have when it comes to seeing who you’re letting into your battalion. I’m also a friendly person ^.^ I understand that being nice and respectful towards people is important especially now a days as they first impression is they most import experience between 2 people or a group of people. I always try to go out of my way to be nice to those who have been nice or have shown me compassion as these can be some of they best type of people. I know that if I become an NCO that there will come a time where someone will fail and before I’d have to terminate them I’d tell them what they did wrong and what to work for next time if there is a next time. I’d also thank them for trying out after which terminate them. Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an NCO you can be removed from your position?Yes
