(In Game Name) :** Osiris, Lore name is Ren Blackstar. **What Regiment are you applying for?** Royal Guard **Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?** There is many reasons I wish to become a Vice Commander, but a main reason I wish to become a Vice Commander is to help support The Royal Guard as much as I possibly can, and I feel that having 2 Vice Commanders will better support the battalion as a whole. and will help many situations in the Royal Guard because the pressure of only one command member can build up extremely fast and causes damage over time. I also feel that I can better help and support the Royal Guard to a better degree. It is also one of my goals as of now to become a Vice Sovereign due to the fact that I want to help and support Royal Guard as much as I can, and I can support it more as a Vice Sovereign. Another reason is because Royal Guard has grown on me in a lot of ways. Over the months Royal Guard has not only been a battalion to me, but in many ways I consider it like a family, a family that will watch over each others backs and support one another when they need support. **How much game time do you have on the server?** 1 Month, 1 Week, 6 Days, 18 Hours, and 11 Minutes. **What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?** The main purpose of a Commander in my own opinion is to Lead the Branch as a whole and speak for it, and help lead the Branch to better horizons. And another purpose is to also to ensure that people are following orders, and to maintain the battalions reputation as a whole, I also feel that a Commander is meant to help bring the best within their members, helping them to not only reach new heights, but to also support them in growing as a whole. **Why should we trust you to be a commander?**: I feel I have gained the trust of the community, and Royal Guard as a whole. I have also spent most if not all of my current time on the Server to support, and bring The Royal Guard back to its former glory, and to help assist it in any way I can. I also feel as though I have dedicated a lot of my time to the Royal Guard, and I have supported it for months on end to help assist them in activity and growing. And to my own belief, my loyalty and commitment has been shown in my time of being in the Royal Guard for almost a year. **How often can you be Online?:** I can be online at least 5-7 hours a day. My time zone is also EST. **Do you have any Warnings? (What for?):** No.

What is your in game name?: Osiris | Aero What is your in game rank?: Elder Guard How long have you been a Shadow Guard Officer?: 3-4 Months How long have you been in Shadow Guard?: 5 Months Why do you want to become Lead in Shadow Guard?: I want to become Shadow Guard Lead because there has not been any lead for months on end, and I believe that Shadow Guard as a whole cannot move forward without a Lead. Another reason is that I have watched Shadow Guard not really grow in the last couple months I've been in it, at least not as well as its glory days previously. Another reason I wish to become Shadow Guard Lead is due to the fact that without a Lead, Shadow Guard will never be at its best if the Command Structure is not filled, and I felt best that I could fill the shoes of the previous leads, or atleast attempt to make Shadow Guard good again. I am also the longest current Shadow Guard Officer and feel I should atleast attempt to support Shadow Guard in the very best way I can, and support it in a position I feel would make us whole as a Sub-Division. What could you bring and enforce in Shadow Guard as a Lead?: If I were to get Shadow Guard Lead, I would enforce our previous qualities and traditions, As well as the Evaluations that are meant to happen, which we have been delayed for far to long. I will also enforce checks on Shadow Guard, to confirm they are up to standards with Combat and skills. I will also start to enforce Shadow Guard being more serious when they need to, as I have seen some people take it for granted in serious spots. And to the best of my ability, try to make Shadow Guard like it once was. How many strikes do you have?: None. Do you have any prior experience in being an Officer/Lead in a Sub-Branch? (If yes, explain): Yes, as of right now I've been officer in plenty of battalions even some on this very server. And most of my times being on Officer I have been quite loyal to whatever battalion I have joined, and I have always found myself caring a lot about whatever battalion I have joined.

I have been in Royal Guard for a good bit, I would have to say from 1/12/2023 to current times. Why do you want to become a Trial Senior? [150+ words] I wish to be a Trail Senior because I feeI can be very active, and I also want to help support Royal Guard better. Another reason is I overall just feel compelled to, I feel like being a supportive character for new recruits. There are many things I can try and help accomplish within Royal Guard; I believe being an officer is my best bet at it. A very big reason that I also wanna become it is because overall I love this community, I believe it's extremely fun and overall, a good community to be a part of. I feel as an Officer I can attempt to better a lot of issues, one of my favorite things to do is help solve issues so people can enjoy what they enjoy, and just have fun doing it. Overall, I just wanna help people achieve their goals within Royal Guard and help with Dueling practice. How could you assist Royal Guard command with this rank? [100+ words] I can assist command by helping them solve issues, as I see there is a lot of them sometimes. I will also be able to be extremely active, and supportive of a lot of people. Something I also care a lot about is the fact of I have seen a lot of Officers leaving, and I really wanna help with the activity and to help Royal Guard reach better heights. Something I noticed is people giving up on saber combat or having issues with it often. I plan to not only help people improve, but also teach new ideas and tricks to new Royal Guard Members. (If yes, explain) Yes, I have had previous experience in Mutiple servers, also this server as a DT 2LT, I was known as LO2. I also hold a Rear Admiral position in another server. What Qualifications could you bring to the Royal Guard Officer Team? I can bring activity, being friendly, and overall loyal to RG, I also like helping new players learn more about saber combat, and even new Royal Guard members. EST What can you bring to Shock as an NCO? I can bring a lot of things, previously a while ago I was a Shock SGT+. I can bring a constant flow of new recruits, since I love recruiting and doing tryouts. I also can bring a lot of activity and overall, just better things in general. Not only will I be active, but I also like to support new enlisted quite often. I also see that Shock needs NCOs and I thought I should sign myself up to help. Why should you be trusted? I believe I should be trusted because of my own experiences I am liked, and loyal to whatever branches I join. I was also a very early member when ZeeDoctor was in charge of shock, and so far, I have been wanting to rejoin. Do you have any warns on the server? No.
