I can improve the battalion by hosting Tryouts and sims to make Havoc more active as most of their NCO’s are marked as “Not Active” meaning that they probably do not have many tryouts going on, If I get this position I will host more tryouts for the battalion so that Havoc can and will always be there when needed. Why should you be trusted with this position?: I should be trusted with this position because I have knowledge of havoc as I have been a member of the havoc team, showing that I know what is expected in the battalion. A second reason I should be trusted with this rank is because I have experience leading battalions as I have reached the rank of Vice Marshall In Starfighter Corps. Why do you want this rank?: I want this rank as I have noticed that Gunnery is losing its popularity and becoming less active and I am hoping to change that by & get more people interested in gunnery officer. I also noticed that Havoc does not have many officers currently and I can act as an officer for the Enlisted & NCO’s who may need one to look up to and listen to in a time of need. I also want this rank to use the Turbo Laser consoles as I have noticed nobody has been using them during events recently. I want to become a commander of the Imperial Starfighters for many reasons. My first reason for wanting the position is the fact that we are lacking a command team, slowly, first our Marshall resigned and now our second Vice Marshall and I would like to assist the final command member as I am sure It is not an easy task leading a battalion by yourself. My second reason for wanting this position is that I have been active and grinding to help the Starfighter battalion, from working on new documents to training new enlisted who I have become close friends with. My third reason for wanting to become Vice Marshall of Starfighters Is that I have been in Starfighters for 3 months and It honestly feels like a family, I have met Numerous people who I have gone on to become very close friends to and I think It would be amazing to be commanding something like that. 4. The main purpose for a commander for a branch is to make sure you battalion does not go inactive, if they go inactive you will no longer have a regiment to command therefore making your position useless. Commanders should also make sure their battalion is in good shape by making sure documents are up to date, Making sure NCO+ are hosting tryouts and SIMs As those are what keep a battalion alive. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted with the rank of Vice Marshall for many reasons, my first reason that I should be trusted as the new Vice Marshall is because I have zero strikes in my battalion as well as on the server, showing that I do not cause Any trouble within the server In any way. I Also have a Good Reputation within Starfighters & I am friends with most of my peers, I cannot name one person who I have a bad reputation with. My 3rd reason is That I went onto an LOA for close to 2 months yet I still came back to help SF, Once I got off LOA I got promoted up to GC(Major) Within my first 4 weeks of coming back, proving That I can be trusted within my battalion & that I am here to help the battalion. 7.
