Why should we trust you with an NCO Rank?:
I personally believe I would be a great addition to the SF NCO team, I have heaps of experience surrounding leadership being a COL within the Shadow Regiment (spec ops who have the ability to fly) on GFL CWRP which is a server that averages around 50-60 people during uptime, this rank was earned over the course of many months in which I led my troops as both NCO and Officer efficiently.
I was also a Gamemaster on this server which displays how I can be trusted with power as I held this position for many months without issue.
What can you do to assist officers with this rank?: To assist the higherups within SF I will hold a plethora of trainings and tryouts to both gather new FC's for the Starfighters and to then improve their skills how ever I can within my ability.
I will be gathered an as serious as possible without losing the friendly figure factor that I strongly believe most NCOs need.
Additional Note: In my personal opinion SF is in a great shape at the moment from what I can see within the discord an In my view I could be of great assistance to the regiment due to my high activity on the job. I am British therefore I am not on during the NA Later Night/Evening. But I feel that I could strongly support the lower ranks in those early hours.
