I believe I could help this sub-battalion by getting this position. I know that being a Sub Lead of a battalion is not a small feet to get too, or a small task to take on, but I want to take that on. I want to show what I can do, and how I can improve this battalion and the Heavy's. What can you offer? Something that I can offer is my experience as well as my qualities as a person and a leader. To elaborate on this, the qualities that a Sub Lead should have, should be: Respectful, Patient, helpful, Understanding, ect. I feel like I have all of these, and if others don't think so. All of these issues should be known how to be fixed by a command rank. I feel like I have achieved this, I know how to deal with all of these issues, this includes going from just helping others. I know that I have achieved this, from all of the times I had to deal and help with it. Everyone even me goes through a Mingy or toxic phase, but once you're out. For instance, the Sub-Battalion assistant Lead is one of the Leads as well as will assistance with everything from extra training to promotions as well as to day to day instances that happen. They are to lead there Sub-Battalion through the thick and thin. In order to be the Sub-Battalion Assistant lead, I believe they need to have leadership and good quality. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: When I bring her/him to the admin sit, if they are constantly cussing at me and the other player. I would first mute them and VC and Chat. I would then explain to them what they did and the consequence of it. After that I would follow the guidelines to punish them for the correct amount.

[100+ Words] I want to become and officer in the 501st for several reasons, but ill start by talking about the biggest and primary reasons. Which would be to make sure the battalion is in good condition as well as better the battalion. These are the main reasons to why I want to become an Officer in the 501st. I believe I can start doing these better at the rank of Officer, this is because as a NCO my recourses are more limited, but if I was an officer I would have more recourses to my disposal to use to better the battalion as well as help other troopers in the battalion, weather that be issues they are having In-game or out of game, or even with another battalion. If I become an officer. I could help solve these issues better. That's one of the main reasons I would want to become an officer. Another reason I want to become and officer is, I help lots and lots or command and officer experience, because of this I think I can help other officers and NCO's become better and do better within the battalion as a whole. [75+ Words] There are several way that I could assist 501st command by obtaining an officer rank, but I want to focus on the big reasons I could assist with. Improving the battalion, as I have recently stated I want to help better this battalion, the community is fantastic, but I feel like I could assist with improving on all of these stanzas I have repeatedly said in my application. The reason I keep saying it, is because there so important to me and my Ideals within this community and battalion. To better and improve on everything, I could assist with doing more tryouts and I already do, doing more trainings, and more sims. With this I could assist 501st command with getting more members into the 501st, and actually maintaining them and giving them a reason to stay. Unlike other officers, once they train or recruit someone, they just leave them alone and let them do whatever they want. I don't think this is completely correct to do. Because of this one of the ways I could help 501st command is by being by them, helping them and connecting to them. When getting to know someone and befriending them, it doesn't matter what rank or lifestyle you live or are. Everyone has a connection, because of this. I wish to pry open on all of this, and try to connect to everyone in 501st. This can help the Command team because, once you reach Captain, or Maj+, people in the battalion stop going straight to you because they don't know how you could act towards them now that you have that rank. I want to break that barrier, I want them to be able to come up to us, without having seconds thoughts or opinions on weather they can trust us. None What Qualifications could you bring to the 501st Officer Team? To start this off, I could bring several Qualification to the Officer team. One of the many qualifications I could bring to the officer is my experience, I have quite a bit of experience. Weather that be leading people and or trying to help others mature and how to act. From my experience of being in several command positions, I have learned to lead, to be a role model, and how to bring others up and not down. Some people put others down, because they think they have too. I disagree with this, If something bad happened, you need to bring them up, have a training or sim/event with them. While you're in that sim you can explain to them what they could fix and do to be better, and to learn from others. Another reason I believe I am qualified is my maturity and wiliness to learn from others if need, as well as to set an example for the rest of the NCO's and Enlisted. Lastly, my final Qualification I could bring to the 501st Officer team. Would be my loyalty, I have been in many battalions as well as battalions that have been removed, but I have found a home in the 501st unlike any other battalion I was in. Have you had any previous experience has an Officer? I have had quite a bit of experience as an officer. My experience ranged from being 2LT to Commander in a battalion. This is all during my Long journy on this server, that started a few years ago. What is the purpose/duty of an Officer?: The purpose of and Officer is to make sure the battalion is running while Command can't be on, as well as. Too make sure that the NCO's are playing there role in the battalion. Now an officer doesn't just watch the NCO's, they watch the Enlisted as well. This is because they give out promotions to those deserving of one. because of this they need to be watching everyone. So they primary purpose of an officer is to better prepare those below him/her, so that they could be the future of that battalion.

This current time sense, 11/11/22, I was a previous MAJ in 501st a while back Why Do You Want to Become an NCO in 501st? [65+ Words] Some reasons I want to become an NCO in the 501st, well to begin with. I personally feel like there is not enough tryouts happening at all. We lack heavily on tryouts and because of that there is not that many new PVT's joining the 501st, I would like that to change, and me becoming an NCO would have change that, this is because I would have the opportunity to hold tryouts quite often. Another reason I would like to become NCO is, whenever there is a event, but not high ranking 501st on, there is no promotions or reconditions that are handed, so I feel like if I were to become an NCO, I could recommend people to watch out for that could be deserving of a promotion. I know how this feels when I use to play a long time ago. Another reason I would love to become an NCO is so that I could help the troops of the 501st organize during events if there is no one high-ranking on, to add on to this being a NCO could overall improve the organization of someone. The reason I believe this is; well to start of with, I need to explain what I think a NCO is and what it should be, to start. I think that a NCO should have some leadership of the lower ranks below them, it should also be a opportunity to improve and to prove yourself to the officer that you are capable of being a leader, and organizing the battalion if the need comes. Personally I believe I fit this role, this comes from my experience in being in several Command positions across many battalions, like Purge, IF, and 501st a while back. All of this experience gives me more of what I need to become and NCO and eventually more. Now back to my earlier statement, when I said "add on to this being a NCO could overall improve the organization of someone." This doesn't just go for others, but also myself, this is because we are always improving one way or another. One of the many ways I like to put it is, it's never failure until you cease failing. Meaning just because you fail does not make you a failure, what makes you a failure is when you stop trying and failing. Failing is what improves you in you're time of need. To go along with this Failing is one of the Key parts of climbing the ranks, because whenever you fail, you learn and improve yourself on not to do that again. This goes along with organization, you just get better and better at it, until you can apply it on others to help them. To end this off, because I do know you probably don't like reading all of this. (Can be any length) I believe that I deserve the rank of Trial Moderator because I can tell when someone is breaking the rules on purpose and even when I'm not staff I try to get them to stop and report them to staff if needed, I think that yelling at people that do wrong is not always the best way to handle it, you should be asking them why and seeing from there perspective and then explain how they broke the rules and how not to do it again, Because in some admin sits they just look at proof and warn them without telling them how and what rule they broke and how to fix it, So I think that I deserve the rank because I can make the community a better place if I become staff and I can try to keep the rule breakers at bay passably and make the server a better place overall. If this happened to me I would first Mute them and freeze them in-game then let the other person talk and tell me what happened so that the other person can cool off a bit then I would unmute them for now and ask why and what they did and if they kept doing it then I would just warn them because they don't Want to reason with me and explain what they did, and if they broke other rules while doing the sit then I would ban them if that is what the rules say to and if I can't ban someone I would call a higher up and give them their Steam ID so then they can further deal with the issue.

For everyone who said that We needed Grand IQ or high perm to post this I did not know that because it was my first Post, And we wanted to Try to push for a sub branch. But me and Soap both knew it would be a long shot so if it can't make it as Sub branch we would try to make it a Sub Branch CC. And also Luci told us that we needed to post it here. So sorry if we did something wrong by posting it here. And also we wanted this to be a subb bat because purge usually is useless on most events unless it involves holocrons or Jedi really, But Inquisitors deal with the Jedi usually. So with this Sub branch if it would have been added we would have a Actual Use in Most of the events instead of just 1 in every 5.
