I would have a say in changes and just have a opinion in general with command team. I’m used to a leadership role as I have been a 2LT in IC a current Commander and former Agent Kallus/Security director of Naval, so im used to taking care of problems and solving them, I feel like I can change some aspects in naval to make the RP and Naval in general more fun. I also want to be able to improve my leadership skills by being a vice admiral I feel like I have more responsibility and I like that, it makes it more fun for me. How much gametime do you have on the server? 1,166:46 hours https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/gmod/4604844/players?filter[search]=[GL] SnapyGames&sort=score What is the main Purpose of a commander for a branch: The Main Purpose(s) I would say is to be a stepping stone between the ranks of Naval Supervisory and Command, so the chain of command isn’t messed up and to oversee Naval in general if that be watching over Supervisory or Enlisted and to ensure their growth as an individual and ensure their role in Naval helps the regiment as a whole. Also keeping the Regiment into Imperial standards, making sure Documents and Roster are always updated, hosting meetings etc. Why should we trust you to be commander? : I feel like I should be trusted for theses reasons, I am former IC 2LT, former Agent Kallus, Current Naval Commander. And my discipline, I have not had any strikes, Warns, or punishments. Also my activity I am on at least 1-2 hours daily and work hard during the hours with Naval and the command team. Guiding: i have experience in SO i know how DT and Shock work, i feel like i can help each regiment by teaching them what to do and how to do it, if that be Tryout certifying, Flag ups, and just questions in general. 2. Dedication: i am very active on the server putting at least a hour a day. i want to help the regiments out, as teaching them how to go above and beyond in everything they do. 3. Overseeing: i will be very active in the DT and Shock TS making sure im up to date on everything going on in the regiment, any questions will be answered to my full ability etc.. 4. SOP: i will make sure all the troopers are following the SOP if not i will correct them and guide them threw it. Why should you be trusted with this position? (Can be any length): Ive played the server for awhile i have no warns and i would like to know what being a staff member is like here at GL. I feel like im trusted because ive been a IC 2LT and im Naval LT Commander. I know quite a bit about the server and im always helping when i can but i feel like i can take that more seriously by joining staff. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: as a TMOD i would tell a higher staff about it. as it would be a Formal Warning + a 5 day Ban. I cant hand out bans as a TMOD plus Staff diss so you can include that into it (warning if x1/if x2 Warning and Jail)
