  1. What is your in-game name?: IC VCMDR 1207 Sev | SF OS Flying Officer Alpha What is your steam name?: [GL] Alpha What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:0:142293867 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) I was staff at Icefuse for close to 2 years. What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) Late 2020 What date did you make your forums account? November 29th 2020 Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? Darth How many warns do you have on the server? I have no warns Have you donated? Yes What rank are you applying for? Trial Moderator Have you read the staff guidelines at You will be tested on it: Yes I have Timezone: GMT-6 Permission (Admin+ need this): N/A Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length): I have been in this community for a long time now and feel that I am trusted by quite a lot of people. I am current a VCMDR in IC as well, I have spent my time in this server helping others to the best of my ability as well as assisting where I need it. I am also a calm and dedicated member of Gaminglight as well as any issues or problems that I stumble across or ask to come and help with, I do my best to fix and help the situation until it gets fully solved. This is a key aspect to have when going into staff. I'm hoping I can become a new addition to this staff team and use my past experience in staffing to help this team grow to the best of my ability. In the end, I feel that I deserve the rank of Trial Moderator because I am active, Trustworthy, and work hard on and in this server. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would calmly ask them to stop and if that didn't work then I would then proceed asking them why they are doing that, if all else fails after several attempts I would temporarily gag/mute them to explain our side to why they need to be calmer for this. Afterwards I would ungag/mute them and try to have a normal conversation with them about what had happened. If they couldn't do this I would then proceed to mute them once again until the sit has concluded. I would ask both parties there side of the story, afterwards I would ask for Video Evidence and also proceed to check logs. After I have checked the logs, if they need to be warned they will be. If it is enough to warrant a ban, I will follow proper COC and bring it up the ranks via Ban request and etc. I would explain there punishment and the severity of it, as well as tell them that if they wish to appeal it they may, I would also go into detail on how they could better improve next time and how not to get into this type of scenario as well, if they were a newer player as well, I would go through the rules and how to play the server with them so that they can get a better grasp on the server too.

  3. What is your in game rank and name? SF OPP Master Pilot Alpha What is your STEAM ID? STEAM_0:0:142293867 Names of both Squadron Leader+ (MAJ+) that gave you permission to apply? Vice Marshal Skarlet Acting Marshal Frosty/Senior Commander Frosty How long have you been in the Star Fighter Core? I have been in Naval Sense 03/13/23 and join SF 3/16/23 Why do you wish to become a Pilot Officer? I want to become a Pilot Officer for a number of reasons. These reasons would be: I want to help grow SF back to full members once again, Improve how SF act on-ship and how they uphold themselves around others as well as be a mentor for those around me. Improving SF Numbers: I would like to help improve the Numbers that SF currently holds, we are currently at our low for numbers. Every battalion hits this once in a while, I'm wanting to help rebuild SF to where they can have a Full Onyx Squad as well as have a full Roster Count. This is possible if we uphold ourselves and SF the right way, as SF as a while battalion. We need to be showing the community of Imperial RP to how SF operates and what we do, most members don't grasp the full understanding of what we do, there is a lot left out. I wish to correct this, I want to give the experience of what SF is and can do to everyone that way they can see our true potential, by doing this we can help rebuild SF. We can also hold more Trainings and Centered SF flight sims to give everyone a chance to experience how SF operates, this could show them how SF conducts ourselves as well as what we do during Events or in our free time. Conduct and Upholding SF: There are some issues with how SF act or conduct/uphold themselves outside and inside the server. Every battalion has this issue at some point, I am wanting to help fix this and allow all SF to have fun while also acting the right way around others. Being a little mingy is okay, but there are times to have fun and to be serious. I feel that this concept not well known amongst SF at this current moment in time, I wish to spread this. Everyone should know when to be serious and when to have fun with others. It would be even better when they can do both at once as well. But there is a time to be a little mingy and a time to be serious. What are the duties of a Pilot Officer? The duties of a Pilot officer are the following: Help Regulate the battalion: There are to assist the battalion when it comes to events, missions, sims, trainings. They are to help other SF and troopers conduct themselves properly as well as to enforce the rules of SF and server rules. They can also help other members by assisting them in several activities. Assist the battalion with daily activities/duties: There is a lack in Active officers right now, so assisting the battalion in activities in duties is crucial right now. They can hold SF Sims or trainings and teach them new flying skills or help them become a better SF member and help them improve themselves as well as to help them move through the ranks the more they learn, they can also help remind others about quota and behavior. Assist or punish troopers if necessary(Bring it up through COC to punish depending on there rank or severity): Sometimes there are members that need to be punished of helped in the battalion. I would like to assist in this, there is a line when it comes to punishments, weather it be PT/Talking to/Removal/Strike. Each one depends on the severity and actions of the person. After this happens they need to be shown and helped how they can correct those actions so they don't do it again. Everyone needs help once in a while, I would like to be there for them incase they need anything from me no matter the time or the matter of subject. How will you assist the battalion as a Pilot Officer? I can assist the battalion by helping gain new members as well as helping Onyx Squad. I would like to help improve Onyx as much as I can whether this be by adding or implementing new ideas into Onyx by way of suggestion to the command team and or conduct tryouts to those deserving of one. If they fail the tryout I would give them tips on what they could improve that way there not stuck where they are but they keep moving, this is a duty of not a officer but a member of the battalion. You should be there to help one another. I would also like to show others what it truly means to be in the Star Fighter Corps, whether this be through tryouts, events, sims or even missions. I want to show them what we really do. What qualifies you to be a Pilot Officer? What qualifies me to be a Pilot Officer is my Experience, Knowledge of SF/Naval and Server Rules, Being Responsible/trustworthy. Experience: I have quite a bit experience in commanding as well as helping battalions. I am current IC VCMDR 1207 Sev, I have spent all my time being a VCMDR as of now to helping and trying to implement new ideas into IC as a whole. I have also been a officer in several other Regiments. But I feel that I have found a home in SF and in IC. Through my experience I wish to help this battalion as much as possible. Knowledge: I have played this server sense 2020 and with that I have never been given a warn or a ban by staff members. I have also been a gamemaster in this server. I try to know as much as I can involving this battalion and others. I believe that if you know the rules in each battalion as well as the server rules then you can help the battalion quite a bit more than someone who doesn't know the rules at all. Knowing all of this I believe I can help SF quite a bit. Responsible/trustworthy: I am a Trusted and Responsible member of the Server as well as this battalion and the Imperial Commandos. I feel that everyone in IC and SF can trust me and knows that I am very responsible when it comes to working on and with the battalion. I take open criticism from anyone on what I could do better, by doing this I can always improve no matter what rank I am.
  4. Application Pending The Command team will come to a decision soon.
  5. What is your in game rank and name. Crewman Alpha What is your STEAM ID? STEAM_0:0:142293867 How long have you been in Naval About two days I think Why do you wish to become a Junior Officer I would like to become a Junior Officer within Naval so that I may help Naval grow, but overall. I would like to join SF and help SF grow and prosper once again. I have been in many battalions and have seen those battalions fall and rise up. I wish to help SF in this way. I want to help rebuild SF to it's former Glory days. I would also like to become a NCO in Naval/SF so that I can be in a leadership role for other Enlisted in Naval. Being in this position could further help me realize what all I can do in Naval to help them even more. Naval and SF have a great command team as of now, my goal in the end is to help them out and become a good NCO or Officer in the future that way I can help Naval and SF prosper like that have done in the past! What are the duties of a Junior Officer? The duties of a Junior Officer is to help advise and be a small mentor for new enlisted as well as to host tryouts for members of the ISD who wish to join Naval. They are also to learn from Senior NCO's as well as Officers so that they can grasp the idea of how to operate in Naval and how to help others on there way through Naval as they climb the ranks. How will you assist the battalion as a Junior Officer? I can assist with leadership as well as helping new Naval learn the ropes of Naval. I can host quite a few of trainings as well as tryouts during Naval down time. To go along with assisting in a Leadership role. I am also current IC VCMDR 1207 Sev. My position there is to assist Boss as well as the command team involving all aspects of IC. With that I have learned a great deal of leadership as well as how to handle different situations depending on the scenario.
  6. + MAJOR SUPPORT + -Fantastic Leader -Extremely Active within IC -Puts his heart and soul into IC -Dedicated -Level-Headed and Honest -Perfect fit for Vice Commander -Cares about the battalion -Has done the most as he can with Officer -One of the best Officer I have ever seen Snow is the best Officer and leader I have seen in my experience in IC, he is always doing his job as an Officer and he is always helping others in IC. He does a lot of Sim's and Trainings centered around IC in order to help IC improve as a whole. He has proved himself countless times by going up the ranks in IC as well as being the Squad Lead for Omega! He is if not one of the best Niner's I have ever seen in IC. When it comes to punishing a trooper and or having a talk with someone about an issue that has arisen, he is unbiased, open minded and willing to hear them out and there side of the story. He is the perfect fit to be Vice Commander, he has all the traits needed and is eager to help the existing command team improve and expand the Imperial Commandos. he has nothing but new things to bring to IC and to the Command team. He would be a valuable member of the command team as he is a Valuable MAJ right now! Best of luck Snow, I wish you the best!
  7. Question 1: What is your IGN? (In Game Name) IC SSVL DMS MAJ 6654 Alpha Question 2: What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Commando: Sev Question 3: Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? There are many reasons why I would like to become a Vice Commander of Imperial Commandos. One of these reasons would be to help improve the battalion as well as help the battalion grow, whether this be through numbers or getting even more active Imperial Commandos. IC as a whole has had a few very respectful and great Vice Commanders leave as of recent. From this, I would like to step up and fill the spot that they have left, while in this position I can help the battalion as much as I can. Another reason why I would like to become Sev is so that I can help the Crimson Squad fully rebuild themselves. I have done what I can in my current position to help Crimson Squad to the fullest. I want to unlock the full potential that is within the squads of IC. Another reason why I would like to become a IC Vice Commander is that as of now, IC is lacking a complete foundation, by this I mean that we don’t have enough Command Members to be on when they are needed, I’m hoping that I can try to stabilize this foundation by becoming a Vice Commander. My final reason for wanting to become a Vice Commander of IC is so that I can help Improve the battalion. There are a lot of documents and issues that need to be fixed in IC as well as to help fill the position that we currently need. Those being a Sniper Lead, Demo Lead and Vice Lead. In the end, I want to help re-stabilize IC and give it a proper foundation by helping the existing Command Members. I believe I can further do this by being a Vice Commander within IC. Question 4: How much game time do you have on the server? According to battlemetrics I currently have 1,022:41 total. https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/972334346?servers[4604844]=7D Question 5: What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The purpose of a Vice Commander within this battalion is to make sure that the battalion is on a stable foundation as well as to keep each sector of the battalion functioning and operating on all stances. For example, each Command Member within IC has their own sector that they oversee, but when there are not enough Command Members that responsibility falls onto the other Command Members to oversee the sectors. In my opinion the main purpose of a Vice Commander in this battalion is to make sure that all areas are stable and to make sure that all areas are functioning as they should be. Some aspects of this would be: -Leadership: Without any Leadership battalions would fall apart, you need someone to be able direct others as well as be directed at times. This allows a battalion to function and operate properly. If a battalion fails to do this then they would eventually fall apart. -Understanding the balance between fun and having to be serious: I myself have fallen to this, in my early days of IC, I didn’t fully understand the aspect of when to be serious and when not to be. This led to me having many troubles, but across my time in IC there were many people who helped me understand this. Now I have gotten to a position where I can help others, this was all because of some people that helped me like Rusty and Wes. There needs to be a balance to where someone needs to know the right and wrong, when to have fun and when to be serious. -Activity: Lastly is activity. If you don’t have an active command team, there is very little that gets done, across my time in IC I have seen active and not so active command teams, I hope to change this for the better by being as active as I can. Question 6: Why should we trust you to be a commander? I feel that I could be trusted with this position from the experiences and responsibilities that I have gained within IC, as well as being the scout sniper vice lead and a demo senior. I do all that I can to ensure that each Sub Battalion within IC gets what they need as well as all members follow their rules, from this I can also be trusted because of how I lead the Scout Snipers as well as operate the Scout Snipers. I have done my best to improve the standards within Scout Snipers that the previous Sev left. Another reason I can be trusted is that I have worked hard to improve and maintain the standards within each squad. With this I assisted in rebuilding Crimson Squad alongside Wheat and Boss, thus enabling us to get a full squad. I have been training Crimson Squad to the best of my ability, I have also been the Vice Lead of Omega Squad, during this time I tried to help the squad all I could, but due to several reasons I had to sadly leave the Squad. Finally I was also the Vice Lead of Elite Squad where I helped renew the documents and tidy up the documents that needed it. With the experience that I have gained within IC I believe that I am trusted by everyone within IC as well as the Command team, this is why I believe I can be trusted as a Vice Commander of IC. Question 7: How often can you be Online? Everyday most likely, my weekly play time on the server is around 30+ hrs per week. Question 8: Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) To my knowledge I have no current Warnings. Thankyou for taking your time to read my application.
