  1. -support I agree with Glorbnob, as someone who gets AOS'd an above-average amount of time shock and other arresting battalions should be able to keep track of who they need to arrest. Its always awesome when you talk your way out of an arrest and it would ruin RP to just be outlined eliminating this RP that could take place.
  2. For those who do not know, the staff of Gaminglight has had a running joke for the past couple of months of counting up from 1. They are currently at 1711. Which I did not even know was possible because I can only count to 42. I do not know what comes after that. I wanted to be part of this tradition, so I started counting at my own pace. I started at 1. To which it was promptly deleted. I was then called out for starting at my own pace. I tried to restart it again because I wanted to be included in this tradition and learn what comes past 42. It was then promptly deleted and my staff tags were revoked. Then several members of JMT/SMT requested, nay, demanded a public apology if I wanted to rejoin the staff team count chat. Instead of teaching me the ways of numbers past 42, they instantly skipped to a punishment of public humiliation. They separated me and demanded a public apology for this. I saw this coming from them but from my brothers and sisters of the Mod ranks and Admin ranks who then promptly joined in my alienation. Not a single one came to my aid in this time of need. So yes I am sorry. I am sorry you are a bunch of sheep. Where are the free thinkers? Where are the Washingtons, the Hamiltons, the freedom fighters who I thought would have my back? My brothers would stand by me in my team of need. Help defend me against such tyranny. This is a free country last I checked. Where is the system of checks and balances that should be in place to help defend against these injustices? Our founding fathers did not die for this. They died for the right of free speech. Right to bear arms. The beginning of the constitution directly states, "We The People," the people... that is us. We ARE the people and we need to stand up for what is right! We cannot just be complicit whilst injustices are happening. We need to stand up for what's right. These JMT/SMT have NOTHING on us! If we fight together we can bring out the guillotine and watch heads roll!! We do not need to conform to the McCarthyism this server is plagued by. We are the people. The people are we. They are NOTHING without us. So stand up for what's right AND FIGHT! Show them what we are made of... however, in the end of the day there are only a few things I am would like to be said: Yes, I am sorry. I am sorry that you all are sheep. I am sorry nobody has ever been able to remove your blinders before. I am most sorry for the fact they took me out before I am able to join you on the battle lines. The sides are drawn. It is me versus them, who will you join? Stop being a sheep and END THE COUNT!!!!!!!! (For clarification this is joke I love our SMT/JMT/any staff members on this server we love gaminglight. I am still not sorry for messing up the count and encourage all to do it as well.) @zypnic
  3. What do you want to see?: On the IC roster it still says demolitions and it should be changed to Hazmat. Also changing the ranks within. "Demolition Enlisted" needs to be changed to "Hazard Control Specialist." "Demolition Senior" Needs to be "Hazard Control Officer." Then "Demolition Vice Lead" needs to be "Deputy Hazard Supervisor." Finally, "Demolition Lead" to "Hazard Supervisor." Why should we add it?: Back in December Demolitions was changed to the Hazard Control Division and we would like our roster to reflect these changes. What are the advantages of having this?: Simply put the roster should reflect how the battalion is. Who is it mainly for?: For clarity for anyone looking at the roster.
  4. Questions 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : IC VCMDR Scorch 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Commandos 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I have several reasons I want to be a commander of this branch. The main reason is to help restore IC to how it was a while ago. The main issue right now is our activity and skill. IC has a lot of very skilled players that just need to be refined and this is one way to slowly train up IC. The biggest issue, however, is our activity. IC has a decent officer corps but we are severely lacking in our NCOS. We need to help prioritize this group and incentivize the NCOs. The next biggest issue is the lack of Flagups and officer interaction. Slowly it is getting better and I feel as a Commander I can help improve these. The third reason is the fact that we have a full command team. With the recent promotion of Iresh and Noshow (congrats to them again), we have a full Delta Squad (besides boss) and this forms a bottleneck. I believe I would be a good fit and allow more players to move through the ranks and be active within IC. All in all, I want to help IC to the best of my ability it has been my favorite for a really long time, and just want what's best for it. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 7 Weeks (1,377:04) 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander for a branch is to act as a role model for troopers, as well as move people through the ranks. To expand on the first part, you need to do everything you ask of your officers. So a good commander needs to be able to hit quota, host sims, train new members, do flagups, and overall just ensure the battalion is running smoothly. You can do this in many different ways, however, I like to take a more relaxed approach and tell officers what I want to see and then mold it slowly into perfection. Another major aspect is a commander needs to be able to help push people through the ranks. If you do not have people going through your ranks then the battalion will become stagnant and will die. So a major aspect is keeping it alive and active. Overall a commander needs to be there to be able to perform any job officer and to the best of their ability. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I think I should be trusted as a commander because I have a lot of experience in these kind of positions. This is my third time holding a command position on Gaminglight. I have been Vice Marshall, Fixer, and now currently Scorch. So, I been in a Vice Commander position a few times and I believe I did well. For those who do not know, I did resign in back in December for school reasons, and the classes I have are easier than I thought so that is why I returned. I my goal overall is just to see IC succeed and return to how it was a while ago. Overall, I have a lot of experience and have been entrusted with similar positions before and would love the opportunity to help IC in a commander role. 7. How often can you be Online? : I am usually on 2-3 Hours a day 8. Do you have any Warnings?   8. +++++++SUPPORT FR FR -I was under him when he was Fixer, great leader -I over him as Niner and he was a great Darman -I was Fixer with him as my Niner and had excellent skills -Tons of experience -HELPED make a new sub-branch (can't take all the credit) -Lots of previous experience -Great dude -Great communication
