Name and Research Rank: Jack (Research Supervisor) | Helpers: Spaghetti (Scientist), Teno (RST) Subject(s): Marshal Commander Odin (Subject One) Targeted Results: - Good Result: Apply the formula and the Subject will be immune to all aging affects. - Bad Result: Apply the formula and the Subject dies or relies heavily on the formula and dies from unknown causes. (Takes it as a drug / Addictive) Actual Results: After I applied the formula the subject appeared very oily and was extremely soft to the touch. I was pretty impressed at first, I thought that everything went well. Then once I had completed the aging procedure it appeared that everything worked correctly. I took it as a Good Result and sent the Marshal Commander off with a bottle of the formula and my email to contact me if anything went wrong, I have not received any messages. Procedures performed: I first applied the formula on the body via a drained out bacta tank filled with it. Afterwards I took a blood sample & skin sample, Then I lastly applied the aging procedure by applying acid to the Marshal Commander. Once done I took him out and checked to see if everything worked correctly and it did! How could the procedure be improved: In my opinion everything worked correctly, I could try to improve the formula chemically but other than that it worked!

+Support Mike is a really active and nice Medical member, he is on daily and really cares about the battalion. The only problem I have is you need to be NCO for more time, other than that Good Luck!

Actual Results: I was able to apply the coating and got the Good Result the subject survived the test and was immune to death by old age. I was very impressed and attached a monitoring device to the subjects heart to see the status. After three days the subject died from unknown causes. After retrieving his body I found that the body could not live without the coating and when they ran out of energy they would die. I attached a cable to charge the device when the Subject sleeps but they forgot to charge it one day... Procedures performed: I first cut into the torso area and was able to apply the coating, I do NOT believe that I injured any other portions of the Subjects body, yet I haven't checked to see. After I applied the coating I stitched him back up and put him into a bacta tank and applied the settings to increase age. I realized that the coating worked and sent him off. How could the procedure be improved: I don't think I could improve this, I think I just need a better idea. Some sort of formula to decrease the aging of someone could work, I'm not sure though and further experiments would need to be conducted.

I also want to become an Officer so I can assist Medical Command even more and interact with the battalion. Some things I would do is host SIMs relating to each Sub-Division. (hosting a hostage rescue for Rescue Squadron and hosting massive Research Experiments) Lastly, I will focus on helping as many people as possible in Medical. 5: What's your activity like on a scale from 1 to 10: (1 being terrible activity and 10 being on daily for a while): I would say that my activity is now increased to a 7-8 6: Why should you be a medical officer?: I think I should be a Medical Officer because of my leadership experience in Naval and in Research. I am currently Agent Kallus (Admiral) in Naval and I hold the rank of Research Supervisor in Imperial Research. I want to try and expand on my positions by becoming a Medical Officer. These positions can also assist me greatly in being a Medical Officer and executing my role. 7: How well do you command other troopers?: I command troopers very well, the only issues that can occur is if the trooper doesn't listen other than that I can command troopers very well and I can perform a mission very well! 8: Why should we accept your application over other applications?: I think you should accept me because of my willingness to help Medical! I think that with my leadership skills I will be able to help Medical thrive as much as possible.

What would you like to see: I would like to see the current Medbay expanded with more rooms and space. How would it help the server and/or the player base: It would mainly help Medical with conducting tryouts, checkups, surgery's, and research experiments. Medbay can get crowded very easily and I believe by adding more rooms and space RP can be improved and Medbay won't be as crowded. Do you think this suggestion will help the server as a whole: Yes I believe it could!

So... you were banned for leaving the server right after you broke the rule FailRP, I was told that you were minging and interrupting someones tryout and the fact that you left right after the report was made showed me that you probably left to avoid the punishment.
