What was the point of submitting a ban appeal if the banning admin is going to post once and there is no resolution? This whole thread is moot since the ban expires tomorrow and now I couldnt even play over the weekend, for something I didn't do (LTAP). Extremely uncool.

The 501st tryout in MHB? Like i told MANDO the doors were locked, and i was trying to get out. I didnt leave the server to avoid punishment, i got off because I had plans in real life to tend to. Was I supposed to stay online and miss out social events because an admin wants to talk to me? And I didnt even know I was being reported or anything since i wasnt contacted or teleported by the time I left so what was I supposed to do? I didn't leave to avoid a punishment, so that deemed me automatically guilty?

Dispute: I don't even know what the ban is referring to and I don't understand why I'm being targeted by the staff this aggressively. 5 day ban for using the word Monkey/Ape? Sure I waited that out, now another one, after I paid $40 for my role on the server and I'm being prosecuted to no extent, for what? Anyways I would like to see the evidence for this ban, as I have no idea what I did to get this slapped onto my steam ID.

Right, and I dont think those are slurs myself but I respect the rules of this server and agreed to not use them again. I dont see why the ban needs to be 5 days

Reason for Ban: Racism | Behalf of Marv. 7. Dispute: hey when the admin pulled me aside originally, we came to a mutual consensus that whether or not the words I used in particular are racist in any context, they were not to be used as insults in these servers. I said Okay and I didn't use a racist slur after that. The words i used were "m*nkey" and "ap*", which i dont think are offensive with out context however, I still agree'd to the admins request to not use the words. I dont get why the ban was extended to 5 days.
