Actually, I don’t believe this is the case, as I’ve heard that despite the lights being off, they still need the lights to flicker. As well as it never being stated in 280s rules about the lights being turned off beforehand.

What are you suggesting? - That in the event of a Light being deactivated/turned off, SCP-280 has it's Self Breach decreased or possibly instantaneous. How would this change better the server? - It would once again, add a sense of danger when the lights are turned off, as well as giving 280 more advantages when lights are turned off. If so, explain. - It would increase 280's power, possibly deterring CI from turning the lights off due to increasing danger to themselves. It may also make 280 players wait until the lights are turned off until they start self breaching. If Instant: 280 would breach within possibly 5 minutes, no need for a advert except for "SCP-280 senses the darkness nearby" or something like that. (it's not instant breach cause we need to give people a chance) Another idea: If 280 is in the middle of breaching, if the lights are turned off, 280 just breaches instantly. Example for those who need it: 280 is at 2/3 and is like 5 minutes away from turning it off. CI turns off Lights, 280 skips 3/3 and breaches immediately.

I'm going to assume it would be against the rules for 1316 to work alongside Foundation. Otherwise it's gonna be hard as fuck for CI to communicate safely. + Support as it seems under the right restrictions, can be really cool addition.

How would this change better the server? - Cause, even though not harshly enforced, when it is enforced, it makes communicating with others as the SCP slightly more difficult, and would serve better as an optional RP thing people can do instead of something that can be punished. -Support It would be easier to keep it black, as of currently if CI are caught while sweeping, we have a certified CI presence/raid, which is what Code Black is for , if we had to change it to Gray, and we find CI, they would have to change it back to Black anyways. No Opinion on A1 Massive - Support for PKs Now I wasn't on during the PK days, but from what I read on here, it sounds like all it does is just make the one getting it mad and makes them more legible to leave the server, and that aint good for the server's lifespan. I don't see any reason for them to need to change their name, as it seems it would just be a hassle for the one's that edit the branch's roster.
