Regarding me logging my tests as O5 Staff, I have decided to do such within CI Research Logs, rather than Foundation Research Logs. As nobody else currently does anything of the sort. As well as R&D is my proud home-branch in which I joined O5 Staff from. This is still up for Grade, though, to make it a little more RP based and sensible for the life I use for these. I have slightly altered the usual format as to have it make more sense. Admitting his wrongs is not what I would consider a bad thing. If anything, its a first step to repent. The solution is simple. Jack even agreed that if he was unbanned after said amount of time, that he was ok with his donator rank being removed. How he goes from there is up to him, but it would be a resolve to ensure everyone's happiness, and to make sure it is not to happen again. A compromise? If you will. If he was to push the limits again and get punished, I absolutely agree it could/should be permanent, but I doubt it somehow.

+Support (I have very mixed feelings about the situation, though, I think this is the final outcome I feel here.) -I do agree, Heinz has done some things he definitely shouldn't have, and yes, he is mingy. Though, I don't find it completely reasonable to remove him from RPing on SCP-RP permanently. -He has done some very good things on an RP standpoint for SCP-RP, whether in CI, and 05 Staff. I think no one can deny, he did play a part in the community. Lets not lie on that standpoint. -He was active, and did well to communicate with people. Though, I think sometimes, he frustrated people, it was with his minginess, not the way he talked to people. I won't lie, I never had a terrible interaction with him. Here's my final recommendation. Don't perma ban him. I do agree, he should be punished. Yes, what he did was not right. However, perma ban is an eternity. Forever. He has the right to appeal, and I think that its fair to say, though this is deserving of a big punishment, it is not quite that big of a punishment. My person recommendation is a 48 day ban. Upon his return, he has his prop perms removed. That way, he can still play his part on SCP-RP, but not be provided the resources that are the true source to his minginess. Thank you for considering my take on this.

But you need A LOT more time and experience before you’re ready for this. I have no doubt you could get the position someday. But that day is not today. I advise you work a lot harder in R&D to reach this goal someday! A set goal in a set branch can make all the difference!

Even though its not following the format... +Support -EVERY other Gamble room that I am currently aware of is in a spawn/no RP zone. Honestly never thought about it till now. (Just makes sense to me. Seems like a logical idea)
