needs more loud (In all seriousness, if everyone wants the volume of the PA system to be lowered, I have no problems with that. I actually do catch myself sometimes getting a bit annoyed when I hear the PA and I am trying to talk to people, so if everyone wants the change, I am all for it)

I mean E-11 needs a minor change, but if it is too much of a hassle, we don't have to go through with it.
