-support You are a good guy but for Q16 there are some things wrong. First thing is you cant just skip a warning. Second thing is you also can not ban as a trial mod. You need to get an Admin+ to ban him. If there are no Admin+ on then you get a senior mod to issue a temp ban. I do not think you are ready for staff at this time.

(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve this rank for a couple of reasons. I am active, I personally think I do my job well, I am unbiased, my knowledge of the MOTD and staff rules, and I think I have made myself known. I show that I am active because I am on nearly every day and I take sits every day that I am on. I am also active on my 2 life's and I am on them every day (Nu7 and Medical). I think I do my job well because I have caught and punished many rule-breakers. If you check the warns section you will see I handed out quite a few to people who have broken the rules. I show that I am unbiased because I treat everyone equally. I treat people I know and people I do not know the same. I also treat people in CI the same as people a part of the foundation. Same with D-Class personnel. I also show that I know the rules and MOTD well because I have handed out many punishments for rule-breaking and I have never broken a rule. I think I have made myself pretty well known because people talk to me a lot and recognize me. For example, sometimes when I get a sit the sit is just my name. This shows other people trust me and know me. I hope you all think I am a good candidate for the senior moderator rank. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would ask them to stop. If they stop then we can continue the sit normally if they don't stop, I will just make sure is they MRDMed. If they did I would warn him for staff diss and MRDM. If they did not MRDM, I would still warn them for Staff diss. I would then ask an admin+ to ban them for 5 days (If they committed MRDM). If no admin+ is on I would ask a senior mod to temp ban them until the ban can be fully handed out by an admin+ (a 4-hour ban). Please pick and answer one of the questions only if applying for Senior Moderator. If applying for Admin pick two and answer them. If applying for Senior Admin you must answer all three. Answering more than the required amount of questions for the rank you are applying for will result in your application being denied. Q2: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? I would hand the punishment normally. I would then spectate him and tell other staff to watch him. I would do this because the likelihood of him/her breaking the rule again is very likely.

-support Gensec will just beg 999 for heals and players that don't read the rules will heal them. People argue "but then just make a rule and enforce it." We can't enforce this rule easily because his medkit doesn't have healing logs. We would have to watch him do it in the act. Plus the only people that would report it is medical.

-support Comrade I have no good experiences with you. In my experience, you have been biased in some of the judgments you have made in the past. In my experience you have also been a little toxic. You also have recently gotten a strike for breaking Sleuth SOP guidelines in CI R&D. You also have strike in CI military for reasons I do not know. Anyway that is my 2 cents.
