When I used to be a lead researcher I had to calm down two Junior Researchers in an argument because command was not on at the time. I am also really into this community. I am on the forums daily. Overall I think I would be a great choice for the staff team and I hope you will all think the same! How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first try calming them down. If that does not work then I will gag them and try calming them down again. If that does not work then I will just give them a formal warning then call admin+ to come over and ban them for 5 days. If they do calm down then I will hear their side of the story and if they are found guilty of Mass RDM them I will give them a formal warning and a warning for staff diss. Then, I will call an admin+ to ban them for 5 days. I will remain respectful through all of this and will act professionally.

In-Game Name: Gordan Rank: Lead Researcher Reason for leaving: I have had a great time in research but I am quitting for a couple reasons: 1. Creativity: CI RND Just has more creativity and less restrictions. 2. Command: Some command members are not the nicest of people. Some are not active at all. I will list the people that have been GREAT command members though. Tomato, Soviet, Cancer, Dr. Lee. 3. Restrictions: I am afraid to do anything anymore because I do not know if I can. I would much rather not worry about that with CI RND. 4. Recognition: I feel that some people have not got the proper recognition from command. Indicating to me that command does not care or that they aren't active. Overall, I wish all of you the best of luck and I hope you have a nice day!
