I overall just want to help the foundation with there endeavors. Why should we accept you: I think you should accept me for a couple of reasons. One, I am extremely active, two, I do research tests daily, three, I am motivated, and four, I am a kind and understanding individual. I show that I am extremely active because I do test daily. I also train at least one person everyday but usually I train more. I also watch over junior researchers and associate researchers test if they need me too. I am also active on the forums. I am also on the teamspeak everyday. I show that I do test daily because, well I do tests daily. I try to do at least one test a day but I always try to do more than one test a day. I show that I am motivated because if I was not motivated then I would not be doing daily test logs and logging onto the server every day. I also try to write quality level test logs which means I try to do my best and I am motivated. I show that I am a kind and understanding individual because I always try giving people a second chance. If I see a junior researcher make a mistake I always just warn them first and not immediately yell at them for 5 minutes. Whenever I train I always ask if anyone has any questions and I make sure everyone's questions get answered. I also listen to whatever the lower ranks wish to tell me. Whether that be them just telling me about there day or them asking me a question. Overall I think I would be a great choice for O5 Research.

If that does not work then I will gag them and try calming them down again. If that does not work then I will just give them a formal warning then call admin+ to come over and ban them for 5 days. If they do calm down then I will hear their side of the story and if they are found guilty of Mass RDM them I will give them a formal warning and a warning for staff diss. Then, I will call an admin+ to ban them for 5 days. I will remain respectful through all of this and will act professionally
