I want to protect the server from minges and people who want to ruin people's fun, RP, day, etc. just because they want to get attention and make a mess. People make mistakes and I want to show them what they did wrong and have them learn from it; people who just joined don't care about the server as much, and I want to show them how much we care and that they deserve something to learn from, myself included. People deserve a safe and nice community that they can be in for a long time to come, and I want to be one of the people that encourage that. tl;dr: A lot of minges last a little longer than they should, and deserve to be stopped. I want to work hard to keep the server safe and fun for everyone, no matter what. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: Try to negotiate with them if they give you a chance to speak. If they refuse and not listen, gag them and tell them their punishments.
