(150 Word Minimum) Well I believe there are three reasons why I deserve this rank.Firstly, I am active within the server.Secondly, I have previous experience as staff.Lastly,I know the rules and how to enforce them.These are some of the reasons why I believe I am not only ready for this rank but can exceed in it. I am active within the server.I try to get on the server everyday for a couple hours.I try to use this time to better myself,others, and the community in general. I have been playing on the server for seven months now and I have learned a lot in this time.Lastly, I have gotten to have a lot of great experiences within the community that have helped make me a more mature and better person overall and I want to give back to the server. I have previous experience as staff. I used to be a staff on this server but decided to take a break for a while. In that time I ended up becoming HOS for a different community and learned a lot on what it's like to be in that position. It taught me a lot on how to better interact with players.It taught me how to better handle sits.It also gave me a lot of leadership skills that have helped me a lot since then. I now want to take the skills I had learned from my time in that position and bring them here! I know the rules and how to enforce them. I have been on the server for a long time.I know most of the rules by heart. I know that as some new players join the server they may not know these rules and I know how to deal with these situations. I also know how to keep someone from getting mad and breaking even more rules. I have read the staff guidelines and I know what to do in most of those situations. For the ones I may not know which are rare, I know how to ask my fellow staff members for help and support. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first freeze them. Then I would ask them why they are doing it. If they continue swearing and just being rude I would gag them. I would then warn them for MRDM,Staff Diss,NCWS.After so I would get a higher rank to ban them since I can't.

Yea,yesterday i was pres and kidnapped, but when i got out there was ARU,SWAT,SRT,CERT, it was scary

Might've been because of bugs but man am i glad that the quad was removed.

What you want to see? - bring back the old warn appeal system but tweaked! Why should we add it? - currently some people have warns from months or even years ago who haven't broken any rules recently! What are the advantages of having this? - ok so what im proposing is lets say you cant get old warns removed if you have over 20(can make it less if its an issue). you must also wait 3 months and not get any warning for 2/3 months(again can be tweaked if needed). This way players who have truly learned their lesson can get warns removed from long ago! I know the reason this was removed is because people were getting warns removed so they could come back and minge but this way I believe we could really stop this! And before SMT might deny this I ask you to truly rethink this system and how having it removed is affecting players who haven't gotten warns in months who have learned from their lesson. +support obviously we would have to have some rules with this such as must have a probable reason to do it just as detaining someone this would make life easier as you wouldn't have to deal with someone yelling at you for cuffing them

-support dont see a real reason for this if people are doing that report them for FailRP

think this should be added to the VIP WL as that doesnt have a lot of jobs and this would be a really cool one to be there!

this is a really simple thing that would help a lot of people and remove possible future warnings

+support its cool its realistic its really not that hard to change and would take no time!

-support so how logs work its really hard to see stuff like this, as well as its a paid item. my biggest advice it to find a way around them.

what everyone else said, they are permanent. there is no way to get rid of legit ones anymore.
