Major -Support Admin+ can warn off-duty still. If you take away the factor of not being able to take sit's off-duty, then you would essentially be getting rid of the rank of Senior Admin entirely since we'd have no reason to have powers while off duty. If your intention is to remove the ability to warn off duty and take sits off duty, then I think the entire staff structure would need to be changed. I think it would be a decision for Zeeptin to make seeing that he (or another SMT member) stated in the staff handbook that we are allowed to take sits off duty. Plus, while staff reports are not typically seen as a good thing, I'd still like to see them as it tell us what we need to work on or what the user felt we did wrong. In my eyes, more reports/ feedback > nothing.

If it is the warning you have highlighted in blue, please take a look again at the month and date of the warning. If you got it yesterday, then today would be Saturday January 5th, 2019 and not Wednesday March 25th, 2020.

As Mikey said, you must have come back recently because I have not seen you on much. Please try to address question 16 as it needs more detail/ information about what exactly you are going to do in that situation.

All but 4 of his warnings are over a year old (some being issued 3 or 4 years ago).

+/- Support While I do agree this will help with HC making decisions, I can also see it as a way or form of advertisement that some people may not want to see in their DM's or flooded in a channel. I could only imagine the reason why this rule is in place is because of that very reason (and because it doesn't seem "professional" in the eyes of others.

You still gotta advert to put hands up or something, plus aos would have been the route to go since I did not have a gun out.

Even if they were going off of the wanted sign, he still didn't RP it out (such as getting my name) or advert to stop moving as the MOTD says to do; he just sprayed and prayed with no context. Plus I would have to advert presidential assassination if I were going to commit that crime (even if it was unnecessary, I still had the bind ready from a previous attempt an hour or two before).

(Just want to note that this is more of a false warn appeal rather than a staff report if I read it correctly..) My side of things.. Alright, where do we begin? I was running around the map as vandalist under the name of "Joe Harris" for a solid half an hour and even tried to RPing as a someone from the city's dept. of public works by spraying lines at intersections and at a PD check point (@Quangasaurusrex could back me up on this). After a while, I switched to Assassin seeing that I never play on the class. After switching (I do not have time stamp of switch due to an error in the logs), I started wondering around inner city looking for someone to give me a hit. Upon finding someone at spawn (a hacker) gave me a hit on Luckygoose which I did accept and spent the next few minutes trying to locate him. Upon finding him near spawn, I started following him exclaiming things like "Hey, could we talk!?" or "Hey, I have a question!" to attempt to lure him into a secluded area (which failed since I was later informed my mic was off the entire time). While running towards outskirts form spawn, I was mowed down by Havoc with a honeybadger which was followed by a warning for RDM. After the fact, I was told things like "You were wanted" (which I was not aware of) and "You had a gun" (which is also false, I had keys out so I would not draw attention. In terms of being wanted, I checked logs and saw that @Crease wanted me since my vehicle was stolen and he decided to want the owner since he did not have the name of the driver (which it would be great if he could confirm for me). In terms of the gun, please see the below screenshots.
