100% Accurate. Ur active but you second guess EVERY SINGLE THING when it comes to commanding. I feel like if you were given a scenario that would potentially involve a WO or 2LT getting demoted or striked you wouldn't be able to handle it and pass it off to another member of senior command.

+support You are the only 1LT that deserves it. There have only been 3 1LTs that I know of to get MAJ and all 3 have gone really far and done great things. I think you are someone who can be made as the 4th and will go far as you are a really really good command member.
