What about 035 having to role a 60 for Security Lvl 1 personnel and an additional +10 for each security level above. He can only influence a max of 2-3 people at a time. He may not influence during combat and has to be within talking distance to influence but cannot influence through walls or glass (basically the range of local text chat). Once under influence, you must listen to the commands of 035's desire until killed or put in jail for 5 minutes (This might be a poor choice). <-- By all means this may be too vague or overpowered but I thought I'd give it a shot.

To be completely honest, I can't recall what the situation was about for your ban. I assume you said some racist comments with the name of a staff member and then lied to me in the sit. But, with that being said I don't give out perma's without reason so if this were to be lowered, I think a month would be a good time.

Speak with a HOS+ who are able to give the tags and make sure to have proof ready
