(150 Word Minimum): Honestly, I think I should get the position because time and time again I see things that happen in our server that go unsolved. RDM's, FailRP's, etc happen all the time. Sometimes nobody is on and the server just goes to hell. If I can get this position I can extend the time discipline lasts. What is considered minge hour will not happen in my appearances. Nobody should get away with breaking the rules on the server and I am there to enforce that. I am quick to respond when I am in need and I feel my time has come to fix this. Each and every day that I go down into the server, I look back and think to myself, "Why is nobody answering this person's ticket?" If I am given the chance to be a trial moderator I can assure you that tickets and cases will be resolved. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: Someone that is Mass RDMing would be quite an interesting case. I would first spectate the player and see if he does any more RDM's. This wont be a problem since I would respond to a normal RDM almost instantly, so if I were to see what was happening in action the punishment can be carried out swifter. Once caught in the action I would bring him to a designated sit spot and ask him why they were RDMing people. If they then proceed to curse at me I would gag them and immediately give them a staff disrespect and a Mass RDM warn. I then would proceed to ask a superior to enable antiminge for 10000 seconds as per usual.
