I mean, 3 warns is really not that much, considering that he's played the server for a very long time and not only on PRP but the other GL servers too. Also, he has many posts which shows he was active, atleast when he was staff which is a good thing and he is also active in the PD section of the forums. Have a wonderful day buddy! I joined this community not that long ago yet in many departments I have got pretty damn far in a short period of time, it was all through being just kind to people, before I came to GL I used to be toxic back in the day but I grew up and went through many hard times IRL which kind of made me mature pretty quickly. What I'm trying to say is, being kind and being courteous to others will get you much further than if you are toxic. Really awesome post.

FBI are cool and I really like the department but in gaminglight your RP purpose is to investigate things etc, you can investigate bank raids also but at NO point should you be allowed to take the Job of SRT, SWAT, CERT and CAT. They are trained for that and have the armor for it. Look at the FBI character, some overweight guy, it's obvious that he's not built for that. SRT / CERT/ SWAT / CAT Have tons and tons of armor, have all the equipment needed, the training and the discipline needed for that. Since FBI is a pay to play rank I also don't think it's a good idea to give new PA's any kind of say over the bank, to be brutally honest, half of them don't even know what tazer rushing is. *Also, I think an OFC has more of a reasoning to be at bank than FBI. an OFC's (or any other PD) job is to do crowd control and control traffic. FBI's job should only to be investigate afterwards, if shots are fired then you may respond (but still not move in till told otherwise of course)* Hope you understand my views, wasn't trying to come off as mean but I have many strong opinions on this situation.

-Support There's many in-accurate points, contraindications, in-valid statements and numerous obsence statements which I will be highlighting and talking about in this post. Making a post titled 'Bad SNR Mod' is classed as slander which if you feel that passionate about you'd make a staff report because there is a huge differene in wanting to get your warn removed because you feel like it was false or you think he didn't conduct the situation of where the warn was taken place correctly compared to making slanderous remarks about his was of staffing. If you feel like he is not fit for the position you should make a staff report. In this situation, like most your stories have colided, when this happens you then move forward into looking at the person appealing the warn's proof but you don't have any proof, it may of got corrupted but that is your problem (not saying that in a mean way) but if your proof becomes un-usable then that is your issue. Basically the only way to win the appeal is to do the following: You (the person appealing) and the staff member (the person who issued the warning) come to a mutual understanding that the staff member was in the wrong and the warn should be removed, In-correct steam-id or Person appealing has shown evidence deem'd sufficient by SMT. The things I just listed are just a short amount of things I gathered in-correct in you appeal. Keep in mind: when appealing you must show sufficient evidence or in much more odd cases the staff member agrees that they where in the wrong and should not of issued a warning.

Support I agree, Aaron's attitude at times has been horrific but over the past few weeks I have really felt like he has been working on it, I work very closely with him and I feel like I know him pretty well and I have noticed that he has grew up a lot, much more mature and has been taught many strong values. I think he should be un-staff restricted, given a chance and watched closely, whatever the outcome in the future is and / or he is involved in anyother bad situations then fully staff restrict him... no appeal but for now I feel like he should just be given another chance + I don't think the fundemental reason of this con-current staff restriction is 100% valid.
