EST (However due to my new job I work rotating shifts so I am up at weird times depending on the rotation) Why would you want to join our Forum Diplomat team (100 Words Minimum)? I would like to join the Forum Diplomat team because I believe I possess the competencies to be a good forum diplomat. I believe to be a good judge of what is appropriate content and what is not and this would directly help me determine if posts/shout box posts should be hidden for the Head Diplomat to go over to be then removed or not. I am also a very organized person and I believe this will help me with the work of a forum diplomat to make sure the forum is kept clean and clutter free (to the extent that's allowed). With becoming a forum diplomat I understand there are a lot of powers that go with it and with the forums being the heart of Gaminglight the position must be given to trusted members. I have not abused any powers while as an Admin on PoliceRP and I like to think players view me as a fair and friendly staff member. I would try my best to continue making players experiences amazing not just in game but now in the forum and to help clear up any un needed bullying/minging. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, how? Yes I would. As an Admin on PoliceRP I have lower staff coming to me for help with their sits or with issues as they are RPing. I need to mentor as well as show them good judgement so it can help them with future staffing situations of their own. I do not have a single false warn against me to date and I have been staff for months with many hours invested. I believe this shows that I have good judgement and I always try to make sure the warning is true and that the punishment is truly warranted. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming the shoutbox due to getting banned from one of our servers? I would delete the repeated spam posts and inform the player he cannot be spamming the shout box. I would then link the Ban Appeal section of the forum and tell the player that he needs to follow the format and post any evidence he has. If the player needed further help I would invite him to PM me on the forums so I can better assist him or meet with him on TS.

Evidence (REQUIRED): What do you believe should happen to the player: Whatever SMT seems fit as I would like them to review this to see if I was in the wrong or not however I do not believe I was in the wrong. Any extra information: I banned these players for three weeks they were both doing the same thing however I only have footage of Doctor doing it. I had multiple reports of these guys running around faster than cars and shooting at random people. I spectated doctor and this is what I found and I was with another Staff Ghostly who also spectated this.

I came into the situation as per request from Elapin. He explained to me you were warned for Player Diss x4 as well as Mingeing which is why I issued you the minge. I explained to you the reason for your minge was because of the warn against you and the request from another staff member and Elapin was there explaining the situation to you as I issued the minge. Afterwards I still attempted to sit with you and explain to you how things work and if you feel like the warning was unjust you can come here (like you did) to appeal it. So I do not agree with you for this part of your appeal as I did my best to help you out even though I was not the admin you directly dealt with. We would need Elapins side of the story to explain the reason leading up to my involvement.

Good day everyone! This thought has been playing in my mind for quite some time now and I am finally going to make a post regarding this issue that I think hopefully a very small number of you might be facing(Which still is to much!!!). Maybe not the exact same circumstances that I will mention however some of you might be feeling the emotions I explain below. With Christmas fast approaching many of us are feeling stressed, excited and happy all at once. However there are a few who will feel nothing but sadness, depression and loneliness for various reasons. Some reasons could include losing a very close loved one and this being the first year without them opening Christmas presents with you; or even watching Christmas movies as family. Others could include just your family having financial hardships and this Christmas just doesn't feel like "Christmas" to you and you feel lost and confused. Please everyone be aware that there are people in this community that look at Christmas differently than some of us due to these issues mentioned above and other issues going on in their lives. I encourage each and everyone of you to attempt to make a new friend on the server, if you see another player who is new invite them to play with you! Show them how to build your sick ass bases and give them enjoyable RP experiences and just let them forget the world around them even for just a minute. Trust me it can make a world of difference! We are all gamers and as gamers we are apart of a Family. We need to look out for one another. We need to support one another We grow stronger together. I didn't write this to put a damper on the Christmas spirit or anything like that! I just wanted to raise awareness as I have friends in real life who are in this exact same situation that I mentioned above and it is heartbreaking seeing them as distraught and lonely as they are.
