-Support To get into the other departments you need to have been in PD. I agree that they shouldnt be shouted at but they shouldnt move in with them without permission.

You can stand out in a good way in a lot of ways. Some is posting on the forums a lot, being in Teamspeak while playing, joining departments. All of the staff team were able to make themselves stand out in a good way so you should be able too as well.
