I am on TeamSpeak whenever I’m on the server which is mostly after 5 PM every day. Do you have a working quality mic? Yes, my microphone works very well and sounds nice. What timezone are you in? I am currently in Eastern Standard Timezone. Why would you want to join our Support team( 100 words+) I want to join the Support Team because I have been a part of this community for a very long time and want to help as much as I can. Whenever I see someone requesting help and support I always wish to be able to help them and would like to be able to help them with certain resources and the best tools. I believe being Support Staff will help me help the community. Most of the time I am just sitting and doing nothing so if I see someone waiting in one of the waiting for support rooms I want to be able to help them as fast as possible whenever I see them join. I am always looking to grow myself and help the community as much as I can. I never want to be useless and always want to be available. How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? I think I can affect support staff by adding another friendly voice to the team. Being able to help members of the community when they need it and if others can not is something that I can do. I am really active, on the forums all day, mature, and I am a very helpful person. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our support channels? Me personally, I would go up to the channel with a friendly voice saying “Hey, how can I help you today?” But depending on which room they are in I will obviously know if they need their member tag, so I would say “Hello, I’m with GamingLight TeamSpeak Support Staff, I’m going to give you your member tag but before I do, Do you have questions about the community?” Something along those lines. Have you read our rules and do you promise to uphold all those rules to the best of your ability? Yes, I have read all of the rules and promise to always uphold them no matter what.
