+/- support. Seems like a great idea but more thought would have to go into the logistics of it and the rules. For instance maybe a cooldown instead of just waiting NLR so theres not excesive shootouts 24/7.

+- support, It would be a +1 if not for ban evasion and the racial slurring. However, I received a 2nd chat a while back and I'm eternally thankful for it. What he did was not right at all but honestly I believe him when he says he regrets it and he's a different person. I think he should receive a 2nd chance with certain restrictions for a while. But in the end its up to staff to decide whether they forgive him and believe that hes a changed person.

(the sit was inside of my base) The Admin tried to tell me what the report was for when i then got killed in the sit from the raider still remaining in the base. (He claimed he didn't know there was a sit so whatever) The Admin then Teleports me back and i'm instantly warned without me getting to hear what the report was for and without being able to give my side of anything. We discuss it and evidently, The raiders came to the conclusion that because they didn't hear me click any keypad numbers that i was fading door abusing. (This is not the case, i typed in the code for it. I assume the reason they didn't hear it was because of the distance between that fading door and the 2nd one but i'm not sure) Anyway, On top of the Admin not letting me say anything regarding the report during the sit He also claimed he was not given any evidence of the reporters claim. Not to mention he said something along the lines of warning me because A: One of the reporters was his higher up. and B: Because the report was made by 3 people. (All 3 people happen to be close family members and friends on the server. hmmm) After this occurred the main reporter being " Corn " said he would no longer like me warned because he wasn't 100% certain the claim was factual but at which point the Admin told him it was too late as i was warned already. Then the staff told me himself that he should not have warned me and that i need to go make an appeal on the forums, so here i am. Any extra information: I would just like to ask the couple members of the UMC family (not all of them by any means) to please stop harrassing/false reporting me just because you don't like the outcome of a raid/etc. (Not to mention I was told by the group that i was a hacker (which conincadently they also have no proof of) A few minutes later i was also called a terrible shot by a member of that same group) If there is one thing you've probably learned about me in game if you know me, It's that i'm extremely stubborn and i don't put up with false accusations. It's one of my biggest pet peeves. +Support I was propblocked inside the car dealership, He threatened us if we didnt pay him 500k. He ardm'ed and RDM'ed me. He propblocked my car aswell. Basically Mass Minge, Mass Prop Block and clear No intent to RP. I will gladly upload my screenshots if that's necessary. I would like a one week ban for him to cool off.

This is my resignation from CERT and SPMU, cant tell you how much I love you guys but with me moving on to bigger and better things in my life after I graduate I wont have time to do anything other than just normal state. Thanks for the great times cert!

-support. This is a game and some things cant or just wont be the same as real life. And I agree with what Calamity said.

Maybe something small but you have to be very careful to not undermine all the gov cc's they can be even more expensive so it wouldn't be fair to them if PD started getting some of the weapons that they get. So all I ask is people be careful with this

Yeah, especially with all the options you have as SMT. It's not like it's either permanent ban or let it go like nothing ever happened. Theres no in between with them

Yeah, often times I want to try and state an opinion or try and change something I disagree with but i know it could be misinterpreted so I dont post/say it. For instance I disagree with banning chicken. And it may sound like not a big deal because it's one person but it sets the groundwork for many bans to come. (Similar to how the supreme court works, the courts look back at old rulings to get their verdict.) EDIT: Also, the ban appeal just goes to show how much SMT care about +/- supports tbh

+support. I agree he should have thought about it first, but dont sit there and act like humans dont do stupid stuff sometimes. This just looks like someone making a small mistake. A permanent ban doesnt fit the crime imo.
