  1. Ill just try and get to the point for you, There is basically a 0% chance of this being accepted due to this (the tools) being one of the main reasons people buy VIP+ (Aswell as for the jobs) With this being said, MOST of what the tools help with is cosmetic just to make everything look really nice, BUT if you put in the time and effort to make a really nice base you can 100% still build a really nice base. You just need to know what your doing and get used to building and using the physgun. I hope this makes sense, Just practice building more until you can afford VIP+
  2. Are you saying it is a rule to advert assist when assisting a family member in ANY kind of criminal activity such as helping them escape handcuffs via killing the cop? Or would they be allowed to do it without adverting? And Also Yes, I would like you to put that clarification in the rulebook, I just wanted clarification in general regardless of how you decide the situations should be handled, However you think it should be handled is what i think should be clarified. I hope that makes sense lol.
  3. I agree with this, Both players do not NECESSARILY need to hear eachothers side, However with this being said i do believe that the person getting reported should ALWAYS have a full understanding of why the report was called, evidence of the rulebreaking, etc before a punishment is handed out. (Unless they're being super mingy) The only thing i would have an issue with is if someone was punished without being told what they did and having the chance to defend themselves vocally with the staff member.
  4. What you want to see? - Additional information added to the rule about jail-breaking Why should we add it? - Right now it doesn't say much about jail-breaking and i would like the rule to further expand that you need to advert to jailbreak to help a family member who is in police custody. Recently i had cuffed and placed a suspect in the back of a patrol cruiser and i was immediately sprayed down in the back of the head. Regardless of how the rule was intended to be interpreted i believe it should be clarified and expanded to clearly include breaking a family member out of ANY police custody to prevent confusion and how for more realism because although it's called "Jailbreak" All you are really doing is breaking them free from the custody of the police and it should apply at any location and not just the jail. Because without clarification you could argue whether the rule is talking about the entire property of the PD, the garage, or not until they have been teleported via the jailer. Which in that case you would be allowed to run inside the PD and shoot several officers to help a family member before they have officially been through the jailer and not have to advert anything. What are the advantages of having this? - Would allowed for less confusion and make the rule more of a standard rather than just how the staff interprets it. Who is it mainly for? - All Gov and Staff so they don't have to interpret the rule themselves. Links to any content - N/A Thank you for reading everyone, I hope this made sense and i'd love if you could reply with any questions or comments you may have. If you are not leaving something constructive to the thread please just leave a Plus, Minus, Or Netural.
  5. Just kind of familiarize yourself with being able to easily and smoothly rotate and position props, You can do things like shift e to snap it at a perfect angle and stuff. If you dont have money to buy VIP it shouldnt effect your base too much other than just not being super clean
  6. -support You're right that building bases is easier and much cleaner with the precision tool. However it is nowhere near necessary, It is simply a handy quality of life tool. Which is why you should have to chip in a small donation to be able to use it.
  7. This seems strange, Sounds to me like we need a rule added / edited to clarify this, I'm not sure about irl but certainly in game it doesn't seem fair to just take over another persons base to use it against another base your raiding. From the looks of it they raided your other base which ic they do NOT know is yours because they heard shots coming from it, So that part is fair. However once they recognize there is no threat in there and especially no illegal activity of any kind, They should then leave and proceed back to the situation at your Money Silos. That IS what the rule states and it doesn't state that the rule is only for criminal infact it isn't in the criminal section. With you getting warned i happen to agree with your point of view, There should really always be an opportunity for you to value your life so i would agree with a rule being added to do such, The only thing i'd have to need put in that rule is i'd say is if you come out you MUST be completely surrendering and MUST comply with orders, Therefore they cant just come out just to escape or make it easier to kill Gov. Overall: I feel like SMT should discuss this and figure out how they really want the rules to be and then alter the rules if necessary and reply to this post with a response of how this situation should play out.
  8. Looks very interesting, I'd love to see this implemented to see how it goes just as far as dispatchers. But i guess there is a reason for it being denied, so be it.
  9. This is a terrible suggestion. I dont even know what else to day. I couldn't give a bigger -support if I tried.
  10. -support, also they shouldn't be used just for what you mentioned at all, theyre also used for checkpoints, during bank and gen raids, etc.
  11. +1, I think Mikey fully understands his mistake. I think a Verbal Warning would suffice.
  12. What Freeze said and also I think it would be better to get FBI more involved in this sort of thing rather than trying to create yet another department. -support
  13. You shouldn't warn someone for being AFK in a sit if they're the one who made the report, The entire point of afking in a sit being punishable is because people do it to avoid a punishment. imo this is an unintentional misuse of the warn and it should be removed. +Support
  14. Why Is that? I just see it making it easier for everyone all around.
  15. How is you explaining what happend in discord in any way proof of what happend?
  16. I think you completely missed the concept of this lol. These are both very expensive items and all One time uses. Therefore cause the exact opposite effect of what you mentioned. Sure for a brief period the rich will have advantages but once they have no more money to spend you've solved several problems. Money will be removed from the game without adding in permanent items. I mean just look. Someone in the server has reached 1B$ That is absolutely insane. If we try this suggestion and it works than this could solve the issue or atleast help.
  17. Then if they take weapons out of their inventory after getting through, it would be FailRP.
  18. I don't think you understand, This is to add more RP and a little bit more realism. In real life you don't have some weapon checker and you pull out and use. This would be used inside the WhiteHouse/Court building, This is a Federal Building it's cool to imagine using this to add more RP by setting up a couple tables and then they walk through the scanner before coming in, etc etc.
  19. Ehh, If im being honest here i think the time waited during death also counts as your NLR time because you're already dead. (unless it says otherwise somewhere else) Because for instance if someone died without EMS on they could respawn and just have to wait 3 minutes for NLR, However if EMS were on but didnt revive him in the 3 minutes the player would have to wait a total of 6 minutes of NLR. This is why i think Death Should count towards NLR. Sooooo +1 Support.
  20. -support, although in SOME scenarios this may be beneficial. Overall this would make no sense and cause alot of confusion and straight up Minging and Baiting cops.
  21. I agree with Burboon, Also you really shouldn't change your opinion just because it might be hard to implement, If it's too hard to do then they wont add it anyway but they probably will because this has been a major issue.
  22. Well my point is mainly that they are ineffective to begin with as far as making money goes. So I dont see the point of nerfing them further. I would be okay if a cooldown was implemented aslong as the time a silo takes decreased from like 30m to 15m and like double the the pay. Honestly that sounds like it's a big buff and it is but honestly the only reason people even do silos right now is for some action imo. If some buffs were made I'd be much more inclined to agree with a cooldown and increasing the range you can see the money silo dot. The money you get from exploding someone elses silo should also be raised to incentivise people (criminals and gov) to raid that base.
  23. Is it possible to have an armour NPC that that gives a max armor equivalent to the max on your job? In theory my idea sounds really good but I dont know if that coding is possible
  24. uhhh, Do i know you from somewhere?
