Ill go over your points in order. Command don't always have to be online, they can be in ts discord etc, don't expect us to waste every hour of our lives on the server as our command role. Promotions aren't always in meetings, if anything less promotions are given in meetings than in a day without a meeting. We're not notifying everyone of scheduled PD meetings except Fridays - high commands choice. [Skip] PD can still deal with these scenarios, especially in 10-80s. PD also possess important roles at raids and hostage negotiations to make sure no one enters/leaves, to block off the area and to assist tac units if necessary. The SGT training system works better than if anyone could just join ofcc straight away or if they have to do a 'test'. SGT training goes over more points and allows SGTs to have a taste at supervising officers. Any rank can recommend anyone for a promotion as long as they have good cause, if command do not allow you to recommend someone then that's an issue you bring up with their superiors. They may choose to accept your request or deny it but they cannot say that your opinion does not matter. If we always promote people in public with all PD there to watch, no one would ever get a chance to leave the base. If we were to always hand out promotions in front of an audience, it would take too much time and waste other people's time in which they can earn promotions and stop crime. Think of it like this. Imagine 100-200 people joining a server and switching onto the PD job on one day at any given time, and then command have to add them to a roster and look at every time they join, how active they are, manage the 5-10 new PD that join every day. You would have to scroll down a list of 1000 names before getting to someone you think may deserve a promotion on their activity and performance. How would we make a system that works for us to know that one of the thousands of members is due a promotion? Auto promotions will cause time farmers, a roster would not be organisable for this amount of people. Hope this answered a few things.

we dont set times and dates as then people will just show up to the meetings for promotions, they are randomly held (except 1) for the purpose of not having rank hungry people that only join for pd meetings. if we had several schedueled one, we would have a lot of minge SGT+'s

So your suggesting that ALL PD command are inactive and that you are SO active that you can judge us on that scale? Have you ever been in a command position, put effort into the people you command, ever thought that some appreciation may be due for command members instead of insulting them because you just haven't seen one in the little time you've played recently? Because if so, you should know that people with an attitude like yours will not last long in ANY department and people who don't appreciate the effort that others put in to keep PD running are not likely to keep the rank that they possess. I'd suggest that instead of insulting us you ask us to resolve some issues as an attitude like yours that you have displayed in this post, is not one that anyone likes.

+/-Support We've tried this before but it caused lag and stopped working, but if there is an effective one that does not cause any lag then that may be worth it.

We don't like to have too many PD meetings as they are usually quite unorganised and take up too much time but when we do do them, they're usually because of an issue that's happened for a few people. Currently I am hosting training sessions alongside a PD meeting every Friday that I'm available at around 9pm BST. Ill have a talk to other high command about this issue to see if we can get some more regular organised meetings hosted with at least 1 high command member. As for promotions, we no longer promote everyone in meetings unless we deem them worthy of one. If we were to promote everyone straight away at every meeting, there would be no point in a ranking structure as everyone will be up to SM in a couple of weeks. I myself would like to see more promotions being handed out by all of command but it can get tricky when less people are staying dedicated to PD. Assistant Chief Bob Bob

-Support Would require everyone to be in the same channel, would require everyone to join teamspeak (which is hard enough just getting PD on it) and would take a lot of work to make a system for this to work

About an hour and a half ago I kept getting disconnected from it loosing connection but I had a perfectly fine connection in my discord call so the TS server may have gone down or sommat.

You can get minges who have money, not all minges are starters who have never played before. -Support to the suggestion

When do we ever get good court cases these days? Most of the time for any situation the suspect will just get themself killed so that they don't go to jail/court etc. I don't see much point in this until we get more RP from players instead of a shootout every single time we do anything. +/-Support

By the time the callers been brought to the discord said/typed their message and told the dispatcher info, there won't be any crime there anymore cus they're either dead or the person doing the crime will have left.

Use discord or a music player..... Not much point buying a TS music bot when you have to give it access to a music player anyway. YouTube,Spotify,etc

+Support Would increase roleplay by a LOT as people will acctually value their lives instead of getting themselves killed all the time. I know it's semi serious RP but I feel there currently is no RP side to the server really.

If someone is taking you for no reason, report them to their higher up but if it happens multiple times get screenshots/recordings and send them to a higher command member(depends on the officer reported's rank). But if you had a gun or they suspect that your gonna run or shoot they can taze you even if your hands are up.

+/-Support The add-on you've listed is a car skins instead of a car but I think that it would be good to have a Ford explorer for maybe SM+.
