Moderator (Given permission by HoS) How often are you online on the forums? Very Actively, I am actively watching forums every single day for 4-6 hours a day. Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? I believe I qualify for the Forum Diplomat position because I have been very dedicated to GamingLight and its progression, I have put a very considerable amount of hours into the server and It's something I really enjoy, I love the communities. I have been an active member among the PoliceRP server and ImperialRP server. I have always been a outgoing, kind, mature, and professional player among them. I have dedicated a lot of my time to this server, and I am willing to put forth a better effort to improve myself and grow, as well as improve and provide suggestions to GamingLight to its entirety. I really want to obtain this position because I feel I have the chance to Improve the new and growing player(s) base with a warm welcome. I believe I deserve this position because I have a passion to help anyone and everyone. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision? I have always been an unbiased and non opinionated person when It comes to problem solving issues within the server of GamingLight. I am always professional and have always kept my judgement straight from the book. I had a difficult situation around 1 month - 2 months ago where a player was screaming very Inappropriate and was making saying very aggressive things about myself things that could be considerably alarming to others, they were being very disrespectful and were Dissing many players and staff. At the time I had asked in staff chat for a m+ to mute player (x) and to gag them. I then very calmly told them what was going on and that dissing and saying inappropriate things were against the rules. I then had to warn this player and we went about our days. It had felt very uncomfortable with the things this player said but I didn't let it bother me. This situation had made me very conscious about this role and how it was very important for the server. I have since been just as dedicated to staff and cant wait for the future progression! How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? Per general forums rules #4 Spamming is prohibited. I first would hide their previous spammed content. I would then begin with getting into contact with said member and let them know that It is against the rules to spam content among the GamingLight forum's website and they could recieve punishment. I would bring up if they would inquire about a unban request via the forums, I would send them the information of their respective server's unban request section and would ask them to follow instructions. If the player is seen continuing their spamming, I would first hide their content, I would then contact the Head Forums Diplomat and inform them of what is happening. If I am unable to get in contact with the Head Forum Diplomat I would contact a SMT member. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? Having been in the branch for some time now, I have (in the past) focused on warming the relations of Naval and SF and assisting the former and very excellent CAO Elias in bringing accountability and professionality to SF. I plan to further go beyond and extend building relations of SF to other regiments and conduct joint trainings with other regiments. I am planning to improve the efficiency of SF by making sure that pilots from the newest flight cadets to the most senior captains understand their purpose in SF, and are given necessary training or instructions quickly when there is a lack of knowledge or expertise. Communicating clearly to SF officers and keeping a neutral, supervisory but cordial stance is important in achieving this. Giving AOs meaningful and important tasks to do has a big role in all of this, as they are working directly with SF officers. I am aiming to make aviation a diverse and rich experience for AOs, by further implementing new tasks to do for AOs that will improve SF, and also by refining Elias´s "liason" method more (Where AOs act as liasons for the admirality/low command and pass orders to SF) Why should you be trusted with this position?: As a SAO , I have been running Aviation branch in times when the CAO is unavailable. I was also given a chance to run Aviation when the previous CAO was present and have not heard of any complaints about my leadership. I am also a moderately long-time member in the aviation, and have co-ordinated between Naval and SF multitude of times in different scenarios. I know many of the members in SF and engage sometimes in interesting developmental conversations with them about Naval/SF. I also find the pilots / SF my favorite niche in any server I play, and therefore will not run out of motivation to work with SF. Why do you want this rank?: SF is very essential and even critical part of almost any mission succeeding, and therefore entails challenges for any AO. This is exactly what I want, and as CAO I take my experience working in Aviation to a new level where I get to implement plans that I find would improve the branch further. I want to build the Aviation´s reputation further as a branch of professionals who can be relied upon in any matter that concerns SF and Naval. I also feel myself that now is a good moment for me to leave my constructive/continously improving mark on the aviation to make it easier for any other CAO in the future to continue on from that. Clear communication and well thought-out advice plays a big role in this. Considering the SF´s significant role on the ISD, I am meant to act as a reliable expert on anything related to SF and Aviation, and also as a role model and listening ear to different parties ranging from Naval, members in specialty, SF, other regiments and High Command. As a CAO I am expected to be ready to explain situational matters especially to High Command when ever need be.

+support, this is a low size addon that just makes life a lot easier and makes the spawnmenu a lot easier on the eyes. This may not be too important on the other servers, however on PoliceRP where you are constantly building bases, this is definitely a factor and having a dark mode would be much appreciated.

I'm not an encyclopedia, but I often quote random SCP facts. Want one right now? Did you know that the SCP foundation uncovered a portal to hell and made a deal with Satan for hell's geothermal energy? I don't know all of the SCP's by their numerical designation, even if I know a few, but I can tell you all about most of the notable ones if you give me a vague description of it. Like the soup bowl that fills up with soup and helps troubled children with their parental issues. Or the mentally-unstable country brother of SCP-049, SCP-049-J, that "cured" a d-class by beating him to death with a shoe. One of my favorites is SCP 666½-J, the forbidden crab cakes. You can read in on that one yourself, It's far too vulgar for the forums. Why should you be in Chaos Insurgency? (75 word minimum) I could quote my accomplishments and reasons all day, hell I could go on for hours. So I will. They call me Temper for a reason, the MTF Call me chad for a reason, and D-Classes changed their name to "Temper hater" for a reason. We'll start with the first of things: Let's address my name. They call me temper for a few reasons, the most obvious of which being my hot temper. This is an almost entirely purely cosmetic thing. Secondly - My achievements. I was double-promoted for my multiple feats of "bravery" and have a both written and unwritten history of excellency in combat. 1v3ing CI, wiping a few dozen C-classes all coming at me including OP custom classes, valiant last stands against SCP's and so on. I've gotten over the shock period of actually being praised for doing good, and I'm no longer nearly as boastful about it. I've seen a lot of the memes about CI, and I feel as if a purely combat-oriented experience would be fun to do during my downtime from helping the foundation research team. With that out of the way, I'll explain some of the things above. During a stand against a D-block being held by CI, I wildly charged, singing "Blood upon the risers" from the top railing of D-block in a surprise attack against 3 CI and defending d-class, and after I managed to kill two of them, I gave time enough for the rest of the SEC to push in and help me take the third one out. Another few stories, mostly of the same caliber, for one: I was so good at holding down D-block with my enlisted from the OP CC's and D-class mobsters that they began to relentlessly target me, one even changing their name to "Temper hater", and It was absolutely hilarious. After being rush-killed three times by multiple people I decided to flag off and let them have some fun, because I was certifiably in the no-fun-allowed squad. For two: I managed to, with a heavy Scottish accent and three OFC's (when I was still interested in being a SEC Junior NCO) into an entirely suicidal charge, and against insurmountable odds, take back D-Block from CI. When I was a SEC, I was something that heavily annoyed the CI when I was alive. Wouldn't they relish an opportunity to turn the tables and let me annoy the other team for a while? What is something that sets you apart from other applicants? Seeing as I am in no other important jobs that require my boundless dedication, I'm entirely free the whole time I'm on the server, and therefore can and will switch out to a CI job every time they call for it in chat. The benefit of not having responsibilities from other branches like SEC NCO and MTF is that I'm free to do mostly whatever whenever. How active can you be? As stated above, Very. Very very very. I have barely anything to do in my day, and even less on the server. If things go accordingly with my expectations of CI, you can trust I'll be extremely active.
