Good evening Imperial RP! Mid March marks roughly a year since I started playing this server seriously and I'd like to just say... wow. My time here has simply been indescribable, something that I wouldn't change for a moment. It's hard to believe it's been over a year since I first played and about a year since I came back seriously. I've made some great friends along the way and had some amazing experiences, and I just want to thank you guys for being a (mostly) amazing community. Gonna shout out some homies below who have made this extraordinary journey worthwhile. Nebel - My fellow 501st boomer! You've always been a great friend to me and honestly without you, I'd have never wanted to become VCMDR in the 501st either time and surely wouldn't have fallen in love with the Battalion the way I have now. Wheat- ngl, thought you were annoying at first. Now you are one of my closest GL friends. Edgy, Cloudzz, Sawick, Given- You guys were pretty cool, miss you Stevie- Graced me with the best clip known to man Funny- Did you get a new mic yet? What are you suggesting? - Bolt caster nerf How would this change better the server? - well the bolt caster is really overpowered with its damage reduction, life drain and bullet deflection so it would really make it more balanced Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? D5 CMD is way to op. The fact that it can tank a whole mag from a mech says it all. Even in the clip u can see me dump almost a whole clip into him only doing 10 dmg. There is also a clip of me having a 1v1 with a D5 CMD on 939. I am always on every day. I am also very kind, and can keep my calm. I understood at the moment of reading the Staff Handbook that calmness is needed at all times in sits, so I abide by that rule, and make sure that I do that. Being active is a perk, Ive learned about in Staff. I have lots of expierence in staffing so i know what to do. Its very hard for me to get stressed out and will not most of the time. I am very good at being able to tell whats really going on and if someone is lieing. I really like GL and the community so i would love to help the community out! The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? Try to calm them all down, i would get them all to stop talking and here everybodys story, i let everybody get a chance to talk. If they still are mad i will let them go and i will look into the situation. UNLESS THE SIT IS ON SOMETHING SPECIFAC LIKE SOMEBODY KEEPS MASS RDMING. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? It really depends on the situation, if its like hes mass rdming i will give him a month ban. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? I will ask the people he reported for any proof they have, if they have know proof i will let the other staff team know to keep a eye out just incase he did actually do it. FYI: I dont know what type of logs yall have, so i dont know if yall have prop logs.
