I have not had the will to get on the server, so that is my I am making this. I will be resigning. But I hope you all have a great time and I will still be around (Maybe like on D class or something). I have had a lot less time for the server with football (The American/good one) and school starting. I'm glad to see how E11 has become an amazing branch and hope it continues in my absence. I will not be making a list of people, as a year worth of people is too much to write, and I would not include everyone. I hope all of you have a good life, but for now my chapter on SCPRP is over.

I want to be the commander of this battalion because I want to help SF out of its current low player problem and help everyone that I can in a way that would benefit everyone. I would solve the player problem by hosting many tryouts and promoting enlisted faster to NCO. I also get the roster updated at least once a day to make officer's jobs easier when it comes to promotions. I would solve any activity problem by hard pushing SIM's to officers and NCOs while doing larger SIM's myself. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 456+ hours, have been playing since 4-9-21. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of the commander role is to guide the battalion to a point where they are active, enjoy what they do, and have fun while they do it. Another Purpose of the commander is to ensure the stability and integrity of the battalion is correct and no one is slacking off and breaking rules. The battalion commander also has to work with his officers and enlisted to come up with solutions to current and ongoing problems within their battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? I should be trusted to be a commander of the starfighters battalion because I have 5 months of experience in the battalion and a great understanding of the day to day operations of the starfighters. I also have plenty of experience guiding a branch towards is highs and getting it out of activity lows. I also have experience making documents and spreadsheets such as an SOP and a functional roster. 7. How often can you be Online? I can be in game for 2-3 hours minimum every day with an average of 3 hours and 7:00 AM-11:00 PM EST on Discord. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) I have no formal or written warnings.

Accepted After reviewing the testimony and evidence provided in this appeal, the appeal has been accepted. At issue here are two points, both falling under Foundation Staff Rule #3. Rule #3 established that Utility and Research personnel are non-combatants and can only attack D-Class and CI personnel in defense of themselves, other non-combatants, or if they're interfering with Site Operations. In the video provided, it appears that the appealing player is the only non-combatant inside the shelter, meaning that the D-Class attacking the combatants does not trigger that threshold. It is hard to see, however it appears the D-Class did take a swipe at the appealing player, which may trigger the self defense clause, had the D-Class not disengaged and attacked other targets. As such the self defense and defense of others clause is not met here. Secondly is determining whether D-Class were interfering in Site Operations. In this incident, the Foundation was under a Code Nuke, and personnel were evacuating to panic shelters to get to safety. Hostile individuals inside a panic room does in fact meet the criteria of the D-Class interfering with Site Operations, as they are preventing Foundation personnel from reaching safety and saving themselves. As such, this does trigger the Site Operation clause, making this a valid kill. As such, this warning has been revoked and removed from your record.

- Support All of our SMT are trained to be able to handle ourselves aka "Going too far" and as others said there's nothing wrong with setting armor and giving himself a gun on the highest rank. Sometimes we interact with our players to engage them and have some fun with them. Concidering this is the only time he's done this, it seems more like targeting. If this was a constant issue then my opinion would be different.

Despite this I still exercise compassion and understanding and love answering peoples questions or helping them in other ways. Along with this I show a sense of humor and get along with our enlisted and NCOs. I see security as a job and treat it as such. I also only promote those who I think are fit for it, even when I feel like I need to get more promotions in. Along with this I am an active command member. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: I would tell the Officer to follow me back to bunks so I could talk to them. If they did not comply after me asking a few times then I would cuff them and bring them back to bunks. I would explain that they need permission from an NCO or above to leave D-block. I would then inform them that if they are caught continuing this kind of behavior they’re likely going to be punished in some form. I would then uncuff them if they were cuffed and tell them they’re free to leave. 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: I would tell them to follow me back to bunks, if they didn’t comply I would cuff them and bring them. I would tell him that he can’t leave d-block if he doesn't have legitimate reasons. After that I would tell other command to keep an eye out if I feel its necessary to do so and would then issue them a strike. 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would tell them they don’t have jurisdiction over security and aren’t even allowed in D-block. I would then take a clip of this. If they refused then I would take a clip of it and show it to the E-11 command. 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: You bring them back to bunks firstly. Then you go over the NCO guide with them and inform them they can now call partial and hands up on condition orange and black. You then let them know they can now be trained to be a sniper/trainer. After this you let them now they will also be able to apply for command during WO apps. I then would let them know they will need a forums account and would walk them through the process. I would then let them know about the nco activity logs channel and how to make activity logs. Following all this I would tell them to change their name to fit their new rank and would give them the whitelist.
