Well well well it's time, Everything comes to a end at some point. I've been sitting in my position as Garrick Versio for a while but feel a huge lack of motivation and feel like I push myself to be active. Even after my ROA. I've been dealing with IRL stuff and mental health issues and joined the server to escape reality yet it's time to move on. I've made myself a lot of friends on the server that I enjoy playing with. I've had great fun and have some special mentions: Odin: To this day my favorite person and best High command overseer. Astro: not only a fellow command member but a friend. Do great things my friend! Boomer: Although I've barely seen you on you've been a pleasure to work with. I wish you the best of luck! Mann: It's been great working with you and I would say you are up there somewhere with Odin. Bop: General Boppington will live on in our minds. Bon: You've set a great example as the first non manager palpatine, Keep it up. Name: I don't recall how we met but I enjoyed my time hanging out with you during downtime. Sainty: I recall you from the short time I was a gunnery officer and look at you now. Bub / Hex: You deserve a special mention here for the fun we've had. Wraith: Overall a good guy, I hope to see you again, Azreal: Someone I wont forget, I look forward to getting on for one of your events some day. IF command: I wish you the best of luck as we paved our future. Everyone else: You've probably made me enjoy my time on the server, I've not forgotten about you! Godspeed my friends.

(Note, I'll make official resignations for staff/GM stuff as per staff guidelines but this is where I'm going to write everything out) Well them, I've know I've only been here for a short period of time and I myself intended to stay for at least several months longer; but due to mental health concerns. I feel it is best for my sake to take a step back from Gmod and roleplay stuff as a whole until I can get all this shit in my personal life situated and dealt with. While I do not intend to go into much detail, it has affected my ability to lead, roleplay; and handle staff/GM stuff. As well as making me completely unable to trust anyone which is not a good mindset to be in. Yes, I know I am going to get a 3 month staff restriction for leaving the staff team as a trial mod and I am prepared to bear the consequences of that. Not sure where I am going to go from here but I'll likely still hang out in a couple of the discords and might one day return to continue the grind I started. I am going to miss Gaminglight as a whole as it truly was an exception to most of my experiences on Gmod, being outright one my favorite communities on gmod. Going to do a couple of mentions below. @Lime King- Keep the Floppa Bureau of Investigation strong, 11/10 department on PoliceRP @Phil- Man I owe you a lot, saved my ass from a really stupid situation and also helped me become who I am today. Definitely an excellent SMT member! Billybob- Man you've been doing some S Tier work for RFA, the Research Branch is fucking blessed to have someone like you in charge! @DumpTruck- One of the first people I've met on SCPRP, hope you get RnD high command one day; definitely fit for it! @Yohan Drinker of Booz- Odd timing that we both left at nearly the same time, but regardless you are an S Tier roleplayer and it was always fun doing shit with you. ImperialRP SMT- Honestly it's been amazing working with y'all! Y'all have been extremely easy to talk to and definitely some of the most chill people I've met! Hope the best for ImperialRP! Dr PC- Extremely helpful member of the GM Team, I've genuinely learned a lot of things from both you and the GM team as a whole that I haven't learned within my 10k hours of playing on gmod so you have my thanks! I hope to one day return to the server and see that you got JMT or SMT cause you do a lot for the server! Kio- Amazing dude, you've been a big help in helping myself and other get acclimated to the GM team with ease. You have my thanks and I hope you get SGM soon! Kallus/Astro- Thank you for accepting me into the position of Security Director, been an amazing help in reforming the SO specialty! I hope my efforts laid the groundwork to make the specialty an amazing place! Matrix- Congrats on claiming the 5 mil bounty placed on me by Bop a little bit ago (hope he didn't scam you lmao). For real tho, I've seen you do a lot for IF and Naval as a whole; I know your going to get high command one day if you keep at it! Nex- Best CMO Naval could ask for! Heard you've been doing great things for medical overseers and definitely brought it into one the most active specialties in naval! Mann- One of the most helpful high command on the server, hope you get High Admiral soon as you definitely deserve it! Brine- Congrats on Commodore!!! Was a big help when I first started out in SO and definitely believe you'll make it even farther in Naval! CR0- No matter what people say, you're one of the best commanders DT could ask for! It's been amazing working with you and I know your going to do great things for the server! Zee- Amazing shock commander, always seen an amazing amount of effort from you when it comes to improving Shock! Clarence- Chill af Shock Vice Commander, always been able to casually talk to you about stuff and you've helped me improve SO in several different ways! To everyone that wasn't mentioned, I thank you as well for being amazing people. I hope the best for gaminglight as a whole but I must take my leave currently!

Hello everyone, if you've read the title then you know what's happening. For those who don't know me at all, my name is Vindertech. I've been in this community for about nearly 3 years, I'm an HCMD for CI R&D (DDOP), and just a cool friendly guy in general. However, this is the day that I leave GL. The reason for my global resignation is that I've been bored in general, a bit stressed, and I just want to find something new to do. Don't be sad or angry that I'm leaving, I need to move on is all, but I'm sorry that I have to leave I can't be in this community forever. Those in CI Military and R&D, I want you guys to push on and become one of the best branches ever, don't give up just because I'm leaving, stay strong. I'm glad I met a lot of people and friends along the way, I wish everyone good luck and stay strong. If you guys ever want to talk to me, I'm always free to message you on discord. +Support for everything BUT -Support for Senior officer not because it is too powerful, but because it is too weak. The weapon selection looks like it belongs on a Gensec Command. it doesn't have a tranq, and the shotgun is the benelli. Its HP and Armor is a bit low for something that difficult to become, but yet again its the same as coldsilver. I know about that Project but its not enough to counter the weapon selection. The M24 and Mp5 is fine, but please please PLEASE replace the benelli and CSGO Aug.

The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would ask them all to calm down, if not then I would gag the people screaming at each other and the person who made the sit I will check logs, ask for proof if necassary and warn or ban the person, I would then ungag all of them and return them back to RP Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? Make the punishments more stricter, Just give them a ban, pretty simple. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? I would ask for footage of him abusing it, I will warn him if he abused a bug only if he has done it more than 2 times.

-Support Its meta knowledge and would therefore be inadmissible in RP. As for testing purposes, perhaps a SWEP ET could give out to those who are weapon testing that would give a similar effect? Just a thought and probably not worth it but that part I like and wouldn’t want to stop without due diligence.

Hello everyone! My time as High Admiral has come. I have been struggling with maintaining my drive for RP for a few months now, and I have recently decided that I want to resign from High Command so I can focus on staff. I have had some amazing times in DT Command and High Command. I have made lots of friends, and I will really miss being apart of this incredible team of High Command. Here are some people that have made my time in Gaminglight great. Bop: My first friend on Gaminglight ImperialRP. I would not have gotten to where I am without you.
