(150 Word Minimum): For starters I believe I deserve the rank of Super Admin because of the tremendous amount of work I have put in over the past months. I achieved the rank of Co-Commander in SWAT, and Event Team Co-Leader after months of hard work, and I am happy to be where I am currently. The journey in both SWAT and Event Team has allowed me to grow as a person, being more mindful, and respectful of others. I never thought that I would make it this far in this community, nor did I think that I would ever be applying for Super Admin. Each time I reached my goals on the server, I felt myself wanting to do more, and be more involved within the community to help players the best I can. I am constantly trying to improve myself, and help other staff members when it comes to questions, or advice, and I do my best to be a role model for lower rankings staff members in the community. I always feel that I can improve on something, and I always strive to be the best person I can. I may not have held the rank of Senior Admin for very long, but I feel that I am more then capable of taking on the role of Super Admin, and helping contribute to the community even more. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First I would check the logs, to make sure they're RDMing, then I would bring the person to a roof, and try to get them to calm down, and deescalate the situation. If I'm unable to get them to stop being disrespectful, and disruptive, I would gag them and proceed to ask them questions as to why they were Mass RDMing. While talking to them, I would be checking their previous warns, time on the server, and previous bans on the ban panel to gather more information on them to help me come to a punishment decision. I would do my best to keep them calm, and away from other players to not cause any issues. After speaking to them and hearing their side, the punishment may vary from a 10-20 minutes jail, or up to a 5 day ban as per the staff handbook. I would take into consideration their time on the server, and any prior warnings, or bans to allow me to make an informed decision. These questions are only for people applying for Admin/Senior Admin/Super Admin: What would you do if you think a player is an alt account?: If I suspected a player of being on an alt account, I would immediately inform JMT, or SMT, following Chain of Command until its dealt with. What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback? : I would take a clip, and or screenshot of it, and immediately inform higher ups, following the Chain of Command until its dealt with. A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging?: Depending on how big the family is, I may bring them one by one, and explain what's going on, and try to guide them in the right direction, and get them to stop breaking rules, and minging. If its a larger family, I may bring the entire family and speak with all of them, letting them know if they continued to minge, and or break rules it would result in formal warnings being issued. How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? (Don't answer with "I know everything!"): Ask questions obviously! Nobody is expected to know everything, and its better to ask questions then to make mistakes! I would ask for help in admin chat, and see what other staff members thought before making a decision!

As a member of the community for over 3 years, I have always supported GamingLight no matter what direction they go in. First I would freeze them or JailTP (Whichever is more convenient at the time), and then promptly bring them to a roof away from roleplay , to prevent any further disturbances. I'd calmly ask the person to lower their tone and to calm down(If they were cursing at me), if they were to continue to bluntly disrespect and show no signs of calming down, I would proceed to gag and or mute them. Finally, I'd refer to the MOTD and explain to them the rules that they have broken, I'd explain to them their punishment (A Formal Warning and a 5 day ban), I'd continue to issue the formal warning and ban them for 5 days. 17. I would do nothing to the suspected player myself, I would simply report him/her to SMT regarding that I believe they are an ALT account and tell the Staff team to not interfere until SMT handles it. -What would you do if a player is threatening to chargeback? First I would ask in admin chat since we have a very capable staff team currently and discuss the situation, if they are also unaware as to what to do in the situation I would follow chain of command and ask my superiors on what to do.

Well, the time has come gents. It is time for me to hang up the hat for the last time. Firstly, I just want to say that I am in no way shape or form leaving with any negative feelings. I absolutely love this amazing community that Zeeptin has built from the ground up. I have been with this community for 8 years, literally since the first server, and I know I will continue to stay involved. But as I've done before, I am going to be taking off for a while again. I know this community will live on and prosper without me, which is why I am okay with leaving for right now. To put it simply, I'm just moving on with my life right now. I am 18, and I am just starting out in life right now. I've been doing so much outside of the computer, and I just haven't had a lot of time lately to sit down and play video games, and I am completely okay with that. With everything I am doing in life, there are going to be things I will not have time for, and that is fine with me. I am starting a new chapter in my life starting May 3rd, and so I need to make a lot of BIG changes in order to be ready for this new chapter that lies ahead, and so that is why I am stepping away from the Gaminglight Community right now. Throughout my time with this community, I have quite literally grown alongside it. I started playing GMOD and the Gaminglight Servers when I was 10, and so I have grown a lot, and learned a lot of different things from playing on here, a lot of which will carry on with me into the real world, so I will never forget where my roots came from. From SchoolRP, to MethRP, to PoliceRP, and finally SCP-RP, I just want to say thank you to each and every one of the players that I have encountered while playing on those servers, you guys are the reason why I stuck around, and continued to play for the years on end. After I had stepped away from MethRP, I can easily say that there were so many times where I reminisced on old memories from that server, and so I know for a fact I will dwell on all the great memories I made on all the newer servers. I am not going to be writing out thank-you letters to any single individual, because there are too many people that I'd have to name, and I don't want to accidentally leave out any one individual, so I am going to be writing something for anybody that is reading this: Thank you. Thank you for making my experiences in the Gaminglight Community so wonderful, and for helping me to grow as a person. There are times where my actions and attitude lead me down some not-so-great places, but I learned from those experiences, and I have since been headed down an even better path then when I first joined, so thank you. To everyone over on SCP-RP, Thank you once again. Thank you for allowing me into the community, and allowing me to work up the ranks, and be where I am at now. When I first joined, I had no idea I would ever have been given the chance to become High Command, let alone a Branch Commander. To all of my E-11 boys, I know this is going to hurt to see me leave, but just know that I am comfortable leaving the Branch where it is at. I set out and made a promise to an individual that I would one day become the E-11 Commander 6 months back, and I kept my promise indeed. I also made a promise that I would leave E-11 better then when I had first joined, and I also did just that. You guys are such an amazing Branch, and I am so glad to see that it is at where it's at now, as opposed to the drought that it was in many months back, way before I got brought up into High Command. I am not leaving just yet, I will continue to stick around for the next 48 hours, but once the MTF Meeting on May 2nd concludes, I will most likely be leaving that night. Of course I will still hop on every now and then to say hello, but that might be a rare occurence. To all the PoliceRP fellows, Thank you for allowing me to become Low Command in PD, and entrusting me with helping to lead the lower ranked Officers on the Streets, and putting me on the path to come back to Gaminglight. You guys helped pave the road for me again, and I will forever be indebted to you guys. To all the ImperialRP guys, You guys are such talented individuals as well, from the Game Masters, to the ImperialRP High Command, you guys have so much talent with how you all run everything, and I am so impressed with how you guys are constantly entertained, even when nothing is going on. I know on SCP-RP there is always something to do, but you guys manage to take a situation where nothing is going on, and turn it into such a good time. Thank you to all the Inferno boys for letting me into the Branch, even though I was just brought in by SMT on a fluke, I am really glad that it happened. Many new players arrived while mining was still being fixed. For those that have never utilized it before here are some useful tips. 1. If your goal is to make weaponry using the provided ores I recommend the simple loadout of a berreta pistol and body armor. This can be mined in a decent amount of time and doesn't cost any money to make. 2. If your goal is to make money I suggest doing your best to escape to the surface as wood is the best resource for money making. If it is impossible to escape then the next best option is platinum and or titanium depending on your mining level. 3. Every person has their own mining level. This can be viewed at the top of the mining shop. Each ore gives a different amount of XP depending on its rarity. Anomalous ore gives the most XP out of all but is also the hardest to mine as it is on the surface and completely submerged in water. 4. The mining level directly effects how much ore you get per hit as well as the chance of dropping said ore. 5. If your goal is to be efficient and quick at mining resources I recommend you take a few hours to smack platinum until you are level 5 or above.

Jeff Shock Commander Application 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Shock Vice Commander Jeff 8585 2. What Regiment are you applying for? I am applying for the position of the Imperial Police force Shock Commander. 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I'd like to be the commander of shock because I think I'm ready to take this roll. I've talked to the other Shock Vice Commander and he admits himself that he as well wants me to be the Shock Commander after I talked to my shock and I got convinced to make the Commander Applications for the Shock Regiment. I am now in shock for 4 months and 2 weeks I think I am enough to request the roll I know everything in shock and shock I know everything about me. What I want to improve in shock is the system and the sub class what shock is in need of some improvement. What I do for shock is very much I try to change everything to bring some new things into shock that also some people who play on the server for a long time will like shock again because of the changes because I want to throw shock around to make something very beautiful out of it with new things in it I want more people to come to shock. I want to help everyone who has questions and that sort of things. I want everyone to enjoy the shock job. I don't want to argue with anyone. I want everyone to interact with each other in a normal way and have fun. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 4 weeks of playtime on the server, but I have been here for 5 months 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander within any branch is to lead. You are to show experience, responsibility, dedication, hard work and management within your battalion. If you can do that you are a well fit for any high position / lead a battalion. Here are some examples of the following: - Experience: While playing on the server you make experience. You get to know your protocols better and you can react faster to things. Getting a commander position to someone who has 0 experience is to worst mistake possible. You need to be experienced to run a commander position or even higher. To more experience the better you can lead the battalion since you know you way through the battalion. - Leadership: For any commander to be chosen he/she needs to have leadership. This can only be gained by experience. You will lead your way through from SGT to any other High rank. - Responsibility: You are responsible for your battalion. If something is wrong within your battalion you are supposed to act professional and deal with the situation in the right care. PT, strike, demotion or removal are the common ways of dealing with troublesome people in your battalion. - Dedication: Anyone who wants to apply for a battalion leading job like commander needs to be dedicated. He/she needs to put effort into the battalion and make free time to manage his/her battalion. If one is to lazy something can go really bad within the battalion and hell could break loose. - Management: You keep management in your battalion for your documents and your roster. You make sure it is all up to date and when updating needs to happen you ask as commander for a tiny bit of help from some officer’s or Vice commander’s since they can be trusted. There are multiple ways of leading a battalion n but that depends on what type of leader you are. There are 2 different types of commanders: - Boss: As a boss you tell them what to do. You are in charge of the battalion and you sit there and watch. You give them a promotion for them if they work hard. You are in full charge and they will listen to you. - Leader As a leader you will help your troopers and your allies. You are to help for anything and participate. You innovate, motivate, be creative and inspire yourself and other troopers. This is a form of a true leader. If I say so myself I am a leader. If you are a boss you are just lazy and a jerk. Not worthy of becoming commander. 6. Why do you feel that you deserve the position of an officer? I have integrated myself within Shock as deeply as I can and I've been working my hardest to help make positive changes within our Shock battalion. I want to do more and feel as if I can push my leadership forward. I have been in a leadership position for a very long time and I have not at all ever been reported or have any troopers be displeased on how I've led them. I am hard headed and I always place Shock first and foremost before anything else. This battalion has helped me and taught me how to be more of a leader and has also shown me how to take a role very seriously and how to handle such a large responsibility. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? I have given a lot of time and dedication to our battalion in trying to add new things and a subclass for our troopers to use down the road. I'm willing to give my all to the STF and more. I believe the STF has great future ahead of them and there will only be more exciting and awesome things that are going to be brought into our STF down the road. I want to make sure that our boys and girls of Shock enjoy it and will always have a good experience when playing on the job.
