Did not feel like making a whole changelog for this but SOME of the job paygrades have been fixed. Special Forces will be fixed in the Marine part of the SF Update.

+Support -Experienced slow staff before -Staff shouldn't argue about ratio and its not an excuse to remove it, if people start arguing, hand out strikes -Logs only last for 5 minutes so if they dont respond in that time there is not evidence to punish that person
