3. Why do you want to become the position of Grand Admiral Thrawn?

I would be honoured to have the role of Grand Admiral Thrawn and join the SHC team and help support the server and everyone. I have a clear understanding on the roles and responsibilities of the rank whether this be regarding the actual role play which has to have a high standard and to remain professional while on job. To the opposite side of that I cannot wait to direct my focus onto each individual battalion and branch to help support the command and the High Command that oversees them. I believe that I would thrive in developing changes and giving new ideas and allowing other members of High Command to strive within their regiments. High Command has been needing a Senior High Command member for a while now to help and support all of High Command. I would love to involve myself within Naval battalions and increase their RP and Missions as well as help develop their specialities and sub battalions, This also continues to Inquisitorius where I would love to push for an increase in large scale saber tournaments, training and lore sessions. I also will make sure all members of high command are showing a large amount communication between each other as I strongly believe that is what is required to make our amazing community strive.

 

4. How much game time do you have on the server?

I have as of typing this application 1,176 hours playtime and have been on the server for just over 7 months now

 

5. What do you think is the main purpose of Grand Admiral Thrawn?

The main purpose of Senior High Command is to oversee the rest of High Command and allow the room for them to develop and push their own ideas. As Senior High Command I also understand my primary focuses will be surround around large scale updates to battalions and making sure other members of high command are remaining professional and acting in according to the wellbeing of the battalion. I also will push each branch of High Command to excel above expectionations. As Senior High Command I also understand the expectations that I will have to be there and be able to support other High Command if they are trying to implement or make decisions as Senior High Command has final say on all decisions whether it be roleplay or battalion updates.   

 

6. Why should we trust you to be Imperial Senior High Command? :

I strongly believe I should be trusted to become the next member of Senior High Command, Firstly I have been dedicated since the day I joined GL to improve all the battalions I have joined and remain active and friendly to all. This is shown by my time in 

 

Shock

I had earned the rank of Commander within a couple of months and swiftly turnt the battalion into a different direction it was heading due to some of the previous command team. The main things I had done with the help of the Officer core it promote and maintain activity and rework the Officer core, Reworked a majority of out of date documents so all troops was well informed, Did daily announcements to entice troops to maintain activity and I all around care for the battalion and everyone in it, before becoming Command I was STFAL and reworked how it ran and it became the more preferable sub branch to join

 

Nova

My time in Nova as a Senior Officer was primarily spent assisting command in everything ranging from helping with documents to general activity, helping lower officers and NCOs and entertaining new people and enlisted. 

 

Storm Trooper

My time spent as an Officer within  ST was spent organising enlisted ranks and finding enjoyable activities for them.

 

Imperial High Command

Not to mention my time spent as High Command I have shown my dedication to each battalion I have overseen and even those I have not. Some of the main addtions I have added is for Nova "like being a driving force when adding Guarding AHC to their priorities, as far as pushing the idea that they can joint guard with RG which will allow for multiple opportunities and increase cross battalion relations and assisting in ideas to change within the SOP and Try-out Guidelines. When Overseeing Imperial Commandos, I wanted to push for them to have the best officers possible one of the ways I seemed fit was to suggest remodelling IC sub battalions so the lead was not a vice commander so they could shift their primary focus onto the battalion and allowing an officer to take that role to increase their responsibility as a whole"  Quoting my Allegiant General App. I have also been pushing for battalion specific missions to allow them to Utilities there capabilities . Also one of the larger responsibilities I have  been entrusted with is to run Army High Command/Army as a whole as a Allegiant General in the absense of a CMD rep.

 

Some more general reasons I should be trusted with the position is because I consistently have shown I am not biased, "I have proven myself to fellow High Command and Low Command that I am a fair and non - biased member of High Command, with multiple instances where I have had to issue punishments from Strikes to Removal’s even to people, I'm close to and I treated them the same as I would anyone else." I Also understand the value to get everyone's opinions and suggestions on new additions instead of just adding whatever High Command thinks is correct, Community feedback should be a massive focus for High Command.  

 

I strongly believe I should be trusted in the rank of Grand Admiral Thrawn as I am a trusted member of AHC, A trusted member of the staffing team and importantly other High Command Members trust me and I believe I can trust them to make the best decisions moving forward

 

7. How often can you be Online?:

I can be on the server over 2 hours five days a week and the other two I can do closer to 8 hours a day. This is my average playtime schedule although work can make me more free or less depending. But I will be able to be active through the discord and forums for the most of the day.

 

8. If you was to get Grand Admiral Thrawn, what would be 3 changes you will make and why? (In detail please) 

Change Number 1: I would push on the idea with all Command Reps that a High Command letter/documents is to be written to keep the server well informed and this will detail any important changes within each battalion also any changes High Command have made, Recognition to people within battalions for exceeding expectations this is because I strongly believe a lot of work from people may be going unnoticed but I would like to pull that forward a give recognition to dedicated members of the battalions. It may also include Challenges for the server or battalions.  

Change Number 2: I would push to rework all Battalions documents that are outdated or have a poor design, as well as furthering the ease of access so instead of having five separate documents each battalion will be tasked with making a handbook with the help and support from High Command to allow newer people to have a easier time adapting and learning the ways of the battalion. All battalions with a hand book already have seen a great response from the battalion due to the layout and ease of it. 

Change Number 3: I would like to implement some type of battalion vs battalion tournament. The majority of command members have agreed that the concept would be enjoyable in spite of the fact the setup would be hard and would require the work of multiple people.

 

9. Do you have any RECENT Warnings? (What for?):

I have not received any warnings through my time on the server and have every intention to remain that way.
