I have never had such a tight and close connection to something as big as the Imperial RP community. It has been more than an honor and a privilege to have the chance to work alongside the Imperial RP staff team. From the experience and the overall knowledge that I have gained from playing with our community, I believe I can bring some great and innovative ideas to the table when it comes to the future of our server. I also just want everyone to have an amazing and fun time on our server and to not feel unincluded or uncomfortable. The main reason I joined the staff team in the first place was to make sure our members in the Imperial RP community have a fair and equal time playing with us. I care about every single person involved with us, I care about their happiness and their enjoyment within our community. I see this server as a home away from home for most people. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First thing that I would do is to gag the player. I already have proof that the player committed mass RDM, so I would put in chat !warn Playername RDM, and then I would put !ban (Player Name) 5days RDMx (how many people were killed). With someone like that, especially when they start cursing and yelling. There’s not much that can be done and it shouldn’t be entertained any further so I would take the necessary actions to diffuse the situation so it doesn’t prolong any further.

What is your IGN? (In Game Name): Commander Iden Versio IF1 Why do you want to become the position of Fleet Admiral?: In Being with the Imperial RP community for a long time I've seen many changes. I've had many different leaders and command members above me. Many of them were great. I would love to have the chance and the overall privilege to work alongside our Naval High Command. From all of the variant jobs I've had within our community I feel that I can still grow to be greater than I already am. I can grow into something worth more than just regimental command. Using my skills and my knowledge of being a leader, a teacher, a mentor, and a guide for most. It has still been a great honor for the community to help move me up to the spot I am today so I can show my overall skill on being a regimental commander. Everything will always have a challenge and will be trivial at first, but with the acquisition needed for the job, I feel in my heart I can perform my duties for our Naval Regiments and High Command at the highest of priority and at the most of my potential. There have been many times where I've gotten cold feet, where I've had a level of fear for a position with great responsibility. But this time, I'm ready. I am ready for a great change, a chance to move forward into an unknown territory with the tools and knowledge I have to harness and adapt to it. I have always enjoyed a challenge. This is one I've been ready for a long time. What is the biggest thing you would bring to Navy High Command?: I would bring my knowledge and understanding of running a battalion to the table. Experience is one thing that is most needed in situations such as this and I know whole heartedly that I can perform and give my ideas to Naval High Command with full potential. I want to share and perform my duties in a way so all Naval battalions have a fair and equal time playing within our community without misguidance and discomfort. Instead of ruling with an iron fist, to put the people of our community first and foremost. With them I wouldn't be in my spot, I have learned many from my colleagues and subordinates. I would more than enjoy and be thrilled to share and pass that knowledge up through our ranks so we can establish a mostly flawless leadership with caring, giving, and equally fair playing leaders within the Naval High Command team. What is the purpose of a Fleet Admiral?: The purpose of a Fleet Admiral is to be seen as someone everyone can trust and can go to for anything they may need help and guidance with. Any new idea regimental command wants to bring to the table, any discrepancies or basics needs questions they can ask without hesitation or fear. A fleet Admiral guides a team or individual to achieve a certain goal through direction and motivation. To encourage others to take the actions they need to succeed. To be a great leader, it is necessary to learn and cultivate the skills it takes to be effective. Being in that position, the individual needs to have the skills and the drive to carry their Naval team to greatness and sustainability. I have been in multiple positions within command that have great responsibilities and duties with a strong level of trust. I have performed them at the best of my abilities. I have been trusted in running a battalion of many individuals. I have been trusted in making sure I am always being fair, being unbiased, understanding and cooperative to everyone I have worked alongside. Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so, why?: I am wanting the Corvus Unit to be a priority when it comes to capturing surrendered non force using enemies and taking them back to the ISD to interrogate. Corvus agents will escort the prisoner to the interrogation room for Intelligence Officers to interrogate. The Corvus Unit is a buffed up and more versatile unit than the regular Inferno Squad agents. It will give our agents more to do, it will give them a versatile loadout they can use, and they can also fight in mainly any environment given to them. - SUPPORT I understand the situation and that there are valid points included, but multiple managers and staff have given a rebuttal to this. Hotshot is only one man. He cannot do every little thing that is reported or suggested for change immediately. Which is why we have a staff team for that. Not everything is his fault and Imperial RP SMT and JMT are also doing their jobs too in working out details in all reports. I get that you're all upset but at the same time these people are human as well and need to be shown respect and kindness. Instead of just being thrown under the bus because of the fact that people we're removed from their positions and are upset about it. It is ridiculous and outlandish for this behavior and to just blatantly bash someone publicly like this is just shameful and embarrassing. I should honestly see better in this community, being fair, honest, and kind has no cost. I get everyone has their opinions but for the people who support this topic, the facts have been shoved in your face so an argument isn't necessary at all. Honestly an apology should be given to Hotshot and the staff team, one especially to Hotshot for the fact that he has dedicated years of his life to Imperial RP and has done his best in maintaining and keeping the server active and alive as well in working with the staff team of course to keep this community in constant circulation. We have all made mistakes, we have all messed up a time or two in our lives. We're human beings. You can't just pick and prod at every little thing they do, it's just plain bullying at that point. There should really be more compassion shown here other than bashing and trying to attack the manager for what it seems to me a revenge play. It makes me sad to see this. Yes I know this is just a Garry's Mod server and a video game. Which is a reason for people to not take it so seriously. To Hotshot this is basically his life's work. I've spent a year on our server, the time I've dedicated and the experience I've accumulated here haven't been for nothing which is why I offer a level of seriousness to our community. I have been with Inferno Squad for a good while now and I feel as if I was placed as Vice Commander of this branch that I definitely have a shot at making a great change to our battalion. I care greatly for our fellow IF and I believe that this battalion has a strong future and strong potential to expand for greatness. I want to add so much more to IF and I want to show that I have so much to give. I'm not a man that likes to put the hammer down. I am a fair person and I play by the rules. I don't play favorites and I see everyone as equal and with potential to make IF great. I know the difference between work and fun, I know when to be serious and when I have to put my foot down at times, but I also know when to loosen the leash and not micromanage so much. At the end of the day it is all of IF’s responsibility to make sure that the unit is used at its full potential. IF is a great unit, it is also a unit with a very big responsibility and I believe in my heart that I can fulfil the duties provided to me. I have worked very hard to get where I am now and I will still work at my hardest to get where I'll be in a day, a week, or even a month from now. I am willing to give my all and to put everything I have on the table to put IF back on top and to make it a more desirable battalion. IF needs strong and valiant leadership. How much game time do you have on the server? I have been with Imperial RP since January 26th. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? A commander doesn't just lead, a commander is a role model. Someone people can learn from and look up to. As a commander you have to do what is right for your people and your battalion. A commander makes sure that their unit is running at full potential and that they are happy and still enjoying what they are tasked to do at the end of the day. Purpose driven and effective commanders are able to arm their teams with a sense of individual purpose, separate from their own. Good leaders create opportunity for others, and assist in creating personal goals for those underneath them. A person who also leads is driven to create more leaders. To be a mentor to others that can strive to be an example and to be someone to learn from in the long run. To be a leader and to be in charge of a large group of people takes time, patience, and takes a lot of emotion to do as well. No one likes a person with a steel heart. No one enjoys someone bitter and strict. To be a leader they have to make the others around them feel comfortable and safe. To make them feel as if they are trustful and someone they can go to if they are having any discrepancies or problems they're dealing with. As a commander the main goal is to sustain the strength and wealth of the battalion they are leading. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe in the overall happiness and equity in IF. I believe in equality and the care of my fellow IF that I've served with. I have developed strong relationships with the people I've been working with since I've started in Inferno. Why Do You Want To Become An Officer? From what I have experienced during my time with our battalion is that we treat each other as a family. We're very kind and mature and very helpful with each other and that's one thing that has caught my eye. Being an officer in this battalion would be more than an honor for me. Just spending my time as lower enlisted and then being an NCO has taught me a lot more than I knew about being a leader. No matter what rank anyone is in this battalion, I've seen that they all have amazing potential to become a leader here. My time as an NCO has impacted greatly I believe. With moral, holding tryouts and sims, and just being overall fair and equal to everyone else here. I believe me stepping up into an officer position can help myself and others more in our battalion on what we need. Having more active higher ups and having more people to look up to and mentors to follow is one great thing to have in a battalion like this and I believe in myself to be the perfect candidate to fit that role here. As a leader it is more about being a role model and someone that can teach lower enlisted other than ordering and bossing them around. I want to uphold the standards and the accountability for any and all consequences that come from the actions of the lower enlisted.
