Why do you want to become the role of Allegiant General: I would love to be granted the role of Allegiant General as I understand both sides of the role. One The Roleplaying side of the role I have a clear understanding of how-to RP respectfully and how to encourage RP within others Aswell, which leads to a more active server and individual battalions. To the helping and assisting all Army battalions in as many ways as possible and helping other high command members where possible. During my time on the server, I have seen plenty of positive and negative interactions and I always try to adapt to these circumstances to be able to help whoever needs It the most. Aswell as taking on a larger role in assisting the Grand General when deemed fit and possible to do so. I also believe as Allegiant General it will allow me to communicate and strengthen relations with people outside of Army to help where ever possible 3. What experience do you have that would be relevant to the role of Allegiant General: My experience within gaming light is not measured by my time in the sever it is instead by what I have achieved in that time spent as Shock Vice and Commander, Nova LTCOL, Storm Trooper Captain and of course High Command. My more notable achievements were my time spent as Shock Command Where I was able to revitalise the battalion alongside with the Officers and High command Overseer's when it had been left in a slump, where I remade both Sub battalion SOP’s and Try-out Guidelines which are still being used as of typing this, allowing Officers and NCO's more freedom. During my time in Command, I was hosting 1-2 sims daily being the top Command Member one month and overall promoting activity and encouraging Officers to achieve the best for them and the battalion and during this time we was reaching record try-outs a week and number of average shock and holding the record of 23 Shock on at once. While also encouraging a strong Shock – SO relation, Making the roster easier to read by adding subpages, to document sub battalions and punishments. This is then Followed by what I have achieved during my time as Imperial High Command Where I have Over 75 logged trainings/sims which the majority have been battalion focus to allow them to do what their battalion specialises in such as allowing Havoc to RP with Vehicles from maintenance to utilising them and Medics to have on ground medical roleplay while a battle rages on in the back ground to Nova and IC doing redacted sub Missons during the battle to allow them to focus in on what makes the battalions the battalion which is always greatly received by the battalion as a lot of the time the battalions can start to merge to become just “frontlines” as I believe the relationships you have with others is one of the most vital things when focused heavily on the RP side of the server. Moving more into what I have achieved alongside with the relative command when helping a specific battalion. Working Alongside Nova especially when it was still new to army being its second ever Overseer and help stabilising it as a part of Army and assisting Nova Command, like being a driving force when adding Guarding AHC to their priorities, as far as pushing the idea that they can joint guard with RG which will allow for multiple opportunities and increase cross battalion relations and assisting in ideas to change within the SOP and Try-out Guidelines. When Overseeing Imperial Commandos, I wanted to push for them to have the best officers possible one of the ways I seemed fit was to suggest remodelling IC sub battalions so the lead was not a vice commander so they could shift their primary focus onto the battalion and allowing an officer to take that role to increase their responsibility as a whole 4. Why do you think I should pick you over other applicants: There are multiple reasons I Believe I think I should be chosen to be Allegiant General and what key features I have that would make me a valuable pick Consistently Showen to be non-biased. I have proven myself to fellow High Command and Low Command that I am a fair and non - biased member of High Command, with multiple instances where I have had to issue punishments from Strikes to Removal’s even to people, I'm close to and I treated them the same as I would anyone else due to me generally wanting the best out of the server from RP to Battalion maintenance and upkeep. Willingness to Improve on myself and listen to others. I have often sort after feedback from Command to lower ranks seeking other’s opinions towards decisions that I make or ideas that I consider. Ever since I reached the rank of Officer, I always worked well with those in and out of my battalion and I always listened to their thoughts and incorporated them with my own. To allow the best outcome How I handle myself within RP and outside of RP. I have proven myself to have the knowledge to handle most situations with knowing when to be serious and when to joke and have fun as that is one the most important things to master moving through all command positions. With all the decisions I have made and will make in the future I will always made sure to remain well informed and gather opinions of the relevant people to make sure these decisions are not only positive but wanted by the community or battalion. Something I see as Important is to consistently remain professional, regardless of the situation’s importance or people involved. I am always staying up to date with the server by checking the channels on the TeamSpeak and Discord servers and Forums so I can provide the most up to date knowledge to those who it may concern. 5. Please outline some ideas that you could bring to improve Army as Allegiant General: I believe I still can offer new things to Imperial High Command some of the main things I would like to introduce is Increasing Standards of Flag ups as some feel like they have just been posted because they have to not because they want to promote activity within the battalion. Another one I have noticed is the overall Officer Training as a lot of times a 2LT is directed to a MAJ+ For training the majority of times when I see this occur MAJ all the way to Commander sometimes have never trained and do not really know how to leading to an overall lower standard Officers are set for the get go. An updated version of the battle stations as the current one is outdated and not followed anymore so when Command is debating a new station, they can have a vivid image of where all other Battalions are located during Defcon 2 and 3 And finally, I would push for more PassiveRP options such as underlining in the SOP’s ideas for the troops of the relevant battalion can see what is available to them Aswell as allowing and encouraging cross battalion PassiveRP. 6.
